We had a very important client coming in and placed a “same day” delivery order the night prior. Half way through the day we discovered that we had not heard anything from the company. We tried to use the tracking info, but it did not provide any definitive information. We called in twice to customer service and they also could not explain where the basket was or if it had even been made yet. Needless to say even though we paid for the item to be delivered same day, it never showed up and the client had no gift from us upon arrival. Very disappointed with this company and their service.
