Went last night Saturday. Sat at the bar in the basement with my wife. Everything was great. They made me the wrong pasta dish but that was no big deal. The chef put a rush on making the right one, and brought it out to me and apologized, and took it off the bill. Unexpected and very much appreciated.
The food was great. The staff in the cellar restaurant are awesome. The staff upstairs has no idea of what is available downstairs. It’s like you are visiting a different restaurant.
This restaurant exceeded our expectations. The Owner is on site and very attentive. The food was excellent, of ample portions and professionally served. While we missed the ever present heron in the river, we'll be coming back to see her!
