We really enjoyed going to Lexies. Very friendly service and our burgers & onion rings were delicious. Our milk shakes were wonderful even though it was a chilly afternoon. We are definitely going to go back again, soon!!

We recently dined at Lexie’s in Exeter as a group of four. We were seated at a bench that comfortably fit four to five people, but shortly after sitting down we were asked to move in case a larger party might come in. The restaurant was not busy at the time, and no larger party had arrived. While we would completely understand accommodating guests during a rush or if a party was waiting, this felt unnecessary and immediately set a negative tone for the experience.
Our food came out in a timely manner and tasted good — compliments to the kitchen for that. Unfortunately, the service overshadowed the meal and took away from what should have been a fun dining experience.
Because of how the situation was handled, I don’t plan to return for dine-in service or recommend it to friends.

Absolute fire 🔥! Eaten here twice since I got a job just down the road...the fries are excellent and both burgers I've had exceeded expectations! Staff is always kind and attentive and food is always hot when I get back to the shop. Happy these guys are just a 4 minute drive from the shop!

The last time I was in Exeter I had several people tell me to grab a burger at Lexie's. This time around I was able to squeeze in lunch before driving home and I'm glad I did! The burger is amazing - October's special fries was the perfect union of sweet and spicy and the service was phenomenal! Dylan made the perfect food recommendations and had an epic 80's playlist that set the exact vibe I needed.
The food was good the service was terrible. Not the fault of the one server they had working. We got our food in intervals. First our shake. 10.min later fries 10 minutes later our burger. Then had to wait 30 mins to pay. We were there over an hour and a half just to have a burger and fries.

The food itself is good. Somewhat overpriced in my opinion, and I don't know why they have table service when it's just a casual burger place. I'd prefer counter service.

Picture this - you and your husband have a free afternoon together. You’ve told him how good Lexi’s is so you decide to go. You’ve told don’t know the menu so you go to the website to place an order. I select “dine-in” this brings you to Toast, or some app like that, idk. I order our food and leave a tip since we are eating in the restaurant. We get there and get our food and sit at the window. Mind you, the entire restaurant was empty of dining customers, we were the first customers to be eating in the restaurant. I see when I open my food the burger doesn’t have onions rings which are a significant up charge to just not mention. I go to the desk and they kindly put two onion rings down so I patiently wait. Once I get the onion rings I go back to my husband who has informed me we were kicked out because you can not eat “to go” orders in the restaurant (?????). This truly is the strangest and most off putting thing after specially selecting dine in and then leaving a tip then then even making it wrong then being kicked out… can confirm my family will not be back just off service. Unfortunately for us, the food is great!
