Standard McDonald’s food. Service inside is ok but curbside is painfully slow and non existent - last time waited 20+ minutes (not busy either - only a couple at drive through) not like this at other locations watching cars fly by while sat for twenty odd minutes.

I just went through the drive through during a lunch rush there, must've been 10 cars in line and would've thought there was 1 car ahead of me with how quick I got my food. Quickest I've ever seen a fast food place work, that was impressive

Ordered the Daily Double - very, very disappointed. Nothing but a glorified cheeseburger - very little lettuce or onions. Nothing like the picture shown - very misleading. Would not order again.

Even if you get a cup of water and no one is behind you they still tell you to pull up to a spot and wait for your stuff slowest McDonald's on this side of the Mississippi River

Great customer service, my delivery through door dash was missing some items. I called McDonald’s and they fixed it, even went beyond fixing it by putting some extra! Super nice on the phone, very professional!

U will spend more time trying to get your order right than u will eating. Usually nice staff but many times they won’t even talk to u and hand u items without looking making it very inconvenient to grab.
I’d recommend just go to a different location.

Never falls, this McDonald's can not get your order right. It'll either be missing what paid extra for or not put on what is standard for their sandwiches.
Just your average mcdonald's. They were all nice.Food was quick. The restroom and restaurant was clean. Haley at the front counter was super helpful and nice. Haley even brought out an ice cream for my dog.

Food was served quickly & it was warm. That's always nice. I didn't appreciate hearing the staff scream that she was sick of making big macs. Restaurant was almost empty, so I was definitely going to hear her.

I always get the same thing when I come here, and 5/10 times it’s freshly made to order. Unfortunately a lot of the times it comes with the additions (onions and pickles) I don’t want, or dry and warm. Sometimes it tastes like the burgers were cooked with it (tastes like onions) i do continue to return because of the very nice team of employees you have and epping McDonald’s is unsafe in the parking lot for customers. Hope the grill can pay a bit more attention to the slips though.
