What an absolute joke. Only 3 people inside waiting to order and yet apparently every employee there has nothing to do except ignore us and worry about drive through. Absolutely pathetic. All i wanted to do was pay for my food and get my order but waiting for 10 minutes at the counter while you constantly look and ignore us is not acceptable even for a place where 300 pound land whales are allowed to work.

In the last several years the quality of their food has gone downhill, got a couple cheeseburgers and fries today in Portsmouth NH, the of meat was almost the same thickness as the almost cheese and the bun, lol, their only saving grace used to be their fries, again they were skinny and greasy, I can still taste the grease, and the final insult was the price, so long MacDonalds customer service is no longer important, don’t waist your money.

In the mornings I like to get an egg/sausage/cheese sandwich which are always delicious! I'm impressed how fast service is during the morning rush. My orders are correct and the sandwiches are cooked well and assembled neatly enough that I can drive and eat it on my way to work. Shout out to the hard workers at this location!

Just stood inside waiting to pickup my mobile order for 20 mins. Just for the fries to be cold and taste like chemicals, and coke to be flat.

Older gentlemen was working the drive thru, and I'm not sure if he should be working nights by himself. Not only did he take a very long time to serve each customer (there were three in front of me and it took 30 minutes for me to get to the kiosk), but this gentlemen is so hard of hearing he could not identify my moblie order code. I repeated the code to him four times, the last time I was straight up yelling, and each time he got it wrong. I eventually lost my patience and just ate the $2.16 cost and left. I understand you should never discriminate someone because of their handicaps, but if such handicaps so catastrophically get in the way of doing your job, then you shouldn't have that job. For reference, I entered the line at 9:50pm on 10/12/23 and I left without my food just past 10:20pm. Beware folks
