Best pizza around🍕🥰, can't find this amazing taste anywhere else either! Their customer service excelled far beyond my expectations every time I've been there or gotten delivery. It's always very clean inside and they have a tv there and free wifi as well (just ask for password).They also waive the delivery fee for people who live like across the street or somewhere really nearby them. I've dined from New England Pizza for a long time and always been pleased with their food. But during my most recent interaction with them, it was their customer service that went above and beyond. While planning a mercy meal for friends and family, on short notice nonetheless, they ensured we would be taken care of. The manager, Harry, was kind and compassionate. He ensured my very large order would be executed to perfection and even threw in a couple extra items as a sign of goodwill. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who enjoys good food and even better service.

Me and my son went to dinner kinda late last night, I got ziti with meat sauce, I thought it was good, he got a calzone, spinach and mushroom, he liked it. This place is a little different, you go up and order at the register, but then you go sit wherever you want and they bring you your food, that's fine with me just a little different, its like inbetween a regular pizza shop and a sit down restaurant, I guess you can save some money as you don't have to tip a waitress 15-20%. We enjoyed our food and would go back again.

ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich large and asked for there to be lettuce tomato pickles and mayo instead they put cheese no mayo i can't have cheese so this was a waste of money I'd return it and get my money back but I had to go back to work

I’ve heard good things about this place for years. While Greek pizza is no longer my favorite this was especially underwhelming. Loaded with sauce to the point the sauce is bursting out of every bite. That’s not a pizza. I’d be willing to give other items on the menu a chance. I asked the woman who works the front for a side of ranch, she interrupts me to tell a joke. Asks me to repeat what I said then never brings the side of ranch. Not a big deal. Just not a great visit.
