We booked with Chef Joe’s catering as they are the exclusive caterer for the wedding venue that we booked (The RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain).
Due to our work schedules and distance from the venue, we were not able to get to a tasting before booking so I went in fully reliant on reviews and I will tell you, reviews don’t do them justice!

Chef Joe's was one of our favorite vendors from our wedding. They were so amazing from the minute we reached out up until the end of our wedding night. We love the Taproom, the vibe, and the FOOD! But Chef Joe's Catering has GOT to put in a computer system to help the staff. The bartender just apologized endlessly, then stopped apologizing and just complained about being slammed. The bar service is also incredible, with friendly staff and amazing drinks, including specialty cocktails.
They expertly handle large events, such as serving 140 guests buffet style, with warmth and efficiency. The team is flexible and creative, happily executing custom requests like personalized hors d'oeuvres, such as a steak frite bite. The food receives constant praise for being fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, Chef Joe's offers a Michelin star-quality experience with exceptional care for every detail, making any event memorable and stress-free. It is highly recommended for both catering and a regular visit for an absolutely amazing meal.
