Chef Joe's was one of our favorite vendors from our wedding. They were so amazing from the minute we reached out up until the end of our wedding night. Mora went through endless menu options with us and was completely professional and pleasant the entire time. She was flexible and tried to make sure that we were happy with our final menu selections. They were also more affordable than the dozen + other caterers in NH that I reached out to and were willing to work with us on the menu to adjust it to fit our budget. They were super accommodating to me wanting the appetizer display to be set out on boards in-between ladders even though they had never set up like that before. They completely nailed the display! Most importantly the food was AMAZING!! Our guests were obsessed with the food and still talk about the Korean Short Ribs 5 months later! All of the waitstaff at our wedding were incredibly friendly and professional. We could not recommend Chef Joe's enough. Chef Joe’s Catering & Restaurant catered my wife and I’s wedding this past weekend and the food was excellent. We had the Sirloin, Stuffed Statler Chicken and the Eggplant Napoleon as options. All options were delicious and very presentable. They were also kind enough to invite us to their restaurant beforehand to try out some other dishes. We just got into town, and looked for somewhere to get some dinner. We found Chef Joe’s and thought we’d give it a try.
We love the atmosphere. You could sit outside and listen to live music, or sit upstairs. We actually sat downstairs, just inside the door.
Our waiter was friendly and very helpful. I was trying to decide on which IPA to enjoy. We also had recommendations from Chef Joe himself (at least I think that was him). ?
We enjoyed the calamari appetizer- I give it 6 stars. Well arranged, with chopped olives and capers. So good.
John ordered the smash burger. It was amazing- topped with truffle sauce and mushrooms. (My favorite) I ordered the Mexican street corn chipotle Caesar salad- with cornbread croutons. So much flavor in every forkful!
Lots of food, great value, skilled chefs! And so very friendly. I felt as if we were part of their family.

Nice ambiance, food pretty good but diner service. Had better service at a local cafe. I think we got a doozy most likely. He didn’t know anything about the menu, told us he was very nervous, never brought back what we asked for had to go and chase him. Do better please. Do something special for Mom’s on their special day. It’s like you rushed to reopen and there should have been nice bud vases on the table or even heck, some complimentary fresh rolls. Overcharged us a bit but the manager made it right. Underwhelmed to say the least.

Chef Joe's Catered our wedding last fall and they did an incredible job! We ended up using them for the food and for the bar. Mora was so great to work with and I honestly can't tell you how many people complimented the food. We even had them cater brunch for us the next morning and all of it was absolutely amazing.
