We hosted a bachelor party at our lake house on Ossipee Lake last weekend. I worked with Rob to develop a menu and feed 12 guys. The food was absolutely fantastic and the guys were all highly impressed. The food was hot and ready at the agreed upon time. Rob always says order ahead and get what you want! We followed Rob's recommendations and could not have been happier. Thanks again Rob and Co.! We will be back again for more.

My employer hosted a company Summer Outing with 40 people on Lake Ossipee. We worked directly with Rob to come up with a menu that fit our needs, dietary restrictions etc. Rob was super easy to work with, very accommodating and conveniently located to where we hosted our event. The food was great and we would definitely order from here in the future should we have more events in NH.

Riding my motorcycle 🏍️ on this road for the first time. Past this place around one o'clock and it was packed. So I turned around and tried it for myself. It was fantastic! Definitely worth the turn around and stop.

Taste is fine but pretty irritating to order 1/2 rack and get charged $20 for 5 ribs when they list each rib @ $ 2.50. Don’t think I’ll go there again.

I was visiting my grandson at camp and stopped at this spot to eat. IT WAS AMAZING!! A food truck/trailer on the side of the road, who would've thought. Great people, excellent food and a nice variety on the menu. If I am ever back this way, I definitely will be stopping!!

update: i did not trash your cinnamon and chili. just said ive seen it done and that i wasn't sure if i'd like it.you even replied and said i should try it. which i was planning to do. also said my wife is from kansas and they do it there and she loves it. never knocked it. but apparently you don't know how to read. and i was on your page for weeks after that post. placed an order thru fb messenger and enjoyed the brisket and pig shot. again i was planning on coming back. but you're just a bitter old fool who got hurt becuase i didn't like 1 out of the 4 things i had. maybe you should retire if you're too sensitive for honest reviews. you took everything i said out of context. i get it though your boomer generation and technology don't mix.
Apparently this guy got real offended over my honest review. instead of focusing on what i enjoyed and said i'd be back for more. he got real hurt and blocked me on his fb page. He responded to my wife's review saying I was removed because apparently I'm not a real customer and I am just here to slander his page. Sorry buddy I was legitimately at your place. I had brisket corn bread and Mac n cheese. You gave me a pig shot because it was my 1st time.
update: after receiving a rude response from the owner i will not be going back to this place. i loved the brisket and pig shots, but didn't like the mac. i wasn't rude about it. just said i wasn't a fan. was told i had a limited pallet. it was dry as a popcorn fart and wasn't cheesy at all. i guess you shouldn't be in this business if you can't take criticism. i guess the ones who said it was good don't have taste buds and have come to accept the crappy BBQ NH has to offer. also i made pig shots at home on my weber that were better. i love a good baked or smoked mac. but this one wasn't good. since you clearly know my limited pallet based off one honest review.
original review: The brisket and pig shots were amazing. Wasn't a big fan of the Mac n cheese. Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to try some other things and will definitely get more pig shots.

If you don't like this gentleman's food, I suggest you do not give it an honest review as this man will degrade and talk down to you in the reviews. It is pretty sad that a grown man can not take criticism. My husband really enjoyed the meat and said that in his review. The only negative thing he said was that he was not a fan of the Mac and cheese. I tried all of his lunch (Being from the heart of KC BBQ, I have had my fair share of amazing BBQ and this isn't it.) The meat in my opinion was a little dry, the cornbread looked and tasted store bought and the Mac and Cheese was so dry and bland it should be called Mac&Cheeseless. Although we were planning on visiting this food truck again, because of his horrible attitude and overall lack of respect for his customers we will continue driving by. Way to lose customers buddy!
