Usually a great experience. Today waited 30 minutes for the pizza after the order ready time. Ok not a huge deal, but my chicken was COLD. It was probably ready on time. Cold, Soggy, chewy. Some of the staff seemed more interested in conversation, is that why there was a wait?

Our first time here, Jackie our server and the other 3 or 4 people who also helped throughout our meal were super friendly! The food was absolutely delicious and a great value too. Even all the other meals we saw going by looked delicious with a great presentation. We are going to need to return multiple times to work through the menu and have some pizza too!

First time visiting and eating at Fremont Pizzeria and was more than impressed with the restaurant and staff . The for was over top and fresh . Great portions sizes for the money and family friendly for littles . Plenty of highchairs and booster seats too . Easy access for handicap as well . A must try in my opinion. My family and I will be visiting again and more often.

My wife and I stopped there to eat today Sept. 28th and though I only go there occasionally it's been awesome that is until today. My wife had the chicken soup and I changed from the seafood alfredo which I think is one of the best to the fisherman's plate. Big mistake, I consider myself knowledgeable on scallops and to my biggest disappointment the scallops had no taste other than grease. I had two and left the rest behind. Disappointed because it ruined my dinner.

I wouldn’t mind,but to wait over an hour and 15 minutes for a pizza that was raw and totally subpar is ridiculous. I’ve given this place numerous chances as they are the only gig in town with delivery instead of using door dash. Back in the day the food was good, now, I’d rather make a sandwich! Don’t waste your money or time.

I drive by this place often but tonight my husband and I stopped after a busy day. We started with the buffalo wings which were delicious. He had the freemont pizza which he loved! I had the seafood Alfredo and for $32, that was one of the best meals I have had in a LONG time! Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and huge portions! We plan to be back to try out the prime rib!!

The staff was absolutely friendly and attentive .The restaurant itself is warm and muggy probably due to open kitchen We got two wraps and were disappointed. To be fair they were big. The Italian is no such thing.Its a hybrid salami sandwich.Cooked salami ( American cold cut) and Genoa salami( Italian cold cut).The tuna was all white as advertised but was so over mixed it was spreadable mush.Veggies were sparse and forgot my hots .Weird to have orange cheddar but whatever.The mayo was very sweet.Try it yourself
Staff there is awesome!!! It's going to be an annual event to meet up with my family that live on the east side of the country when I travel to visit from the west coast!!!

Had the haddock dinner. It was cooked perfect. Lightly battered and the fish was so tender. I chose the onion rings & sauteed vegetables for my sides which were both great. It's hard to find onion rings cooked the we like them, thin and lightly battered. So many great choices there!

Food Service Experience - Disappointing and Unprofessional
As a nurse working in a locally, my demanding schedule leaves little time to run out for food, so I rely on delivery or takeout. Since I’m new to the area, I asked for recommendations for a good local pizzeria rather than a chain, as I believe in supporting small businesses.
I found a place online, placed an order for a house specialty pizza, and chose to pick it up due to a slow internet connection at the time. A few minutes after placing the order, I called to confirm it went through. The staff member I spoke with confirmed they didn’t see my order but assured me it was no problem; I explained I’d pick it up instead since delivery was over an hour away.
I left work to pick up the pizza, and upon checking my bank account, I saw the payment had already been deducted. I thought this might be a simple mix-up. When I arrived at the restaurant, I spoke with the same girl and explained I had already paid. I showed her a screenshot of my bank statement and the app screen indicating the order was delivered.
However, the owner/manager was extremely rude. He refused to believe I had paid, claiming no payment was attached to the order. To make things worse, they had delivered a meat lovers pizza, which I did not order—my order was for a house specialty. So I thought it was for someone else , I showed him my bank screenshot again, emphasizing I had paid for the original order, which he insisted was impossible.
He finally told me, “Just take the pizza,” implying I was not telling the truth, I responded that I wanted to ensure we were on the same page—that I wasn’t trying to steal something I didn’t pay for. I refused to accept the pizza under those circumstances, especially after being treated so rudely in front of other customers. It was very embarrassing and disappointing to be treated with such disrespect over a simple mistake.
Overall, I found the customer service to be unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. I hope they will take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and treatment of customers in the future
