Was disappointed. We were sat at a dirty table. Ordered mama’s meatballs as an appetizer. They were burnt and we had no plates or silverware. Our server disappeared for about 1/2 an hour. We have been there a couple other times and it was better.
I came in on a Sunday while football was playing. Many screens, beer choices aren’t bad. Food? The food was good. The pizza wing deal on football Sundays are worth it. Good bang for your buck. Details need to be asked but I hot 20 wings that were all juicy and crispy AND a 2 topping 12” pizza for 30 bucks. What!?!?! Watched the game and good food. I recommend coming here for happy hour and game days. Good service, good food.

The menu includes favorites like Mac and Cheese with Braised beef, which has the perfect consistency, and the establishment even hosts a burger challenge. The restaurant also has a cozy, welcoming vibe, though some feel the atmosphere could be livelier with music and more signs to attract attention. The food is highly praised as heavenly, and service is generally good. Despite slow service at times, many customers plan to return and would love to host events there, thanks to the great food, fun activities, and friendly staff, especially the bartender who works exceptionally hard. Overall, Axe & Ale Taphouse remains a highly recommended spot for satisfying meals and enjoyable activities.
