I ordered an iced tea and it tasted like old sink water. Nasty!! they forgot one of my items in my mobile order and they didn’t have bagel minis and tried replacing it with a hashbrown🤔 $3 vs $1. I should’ve looked at the review before coming here

I do normally like this location...but the past 3 times I've gone, they get my drink wrong and the woman at the drive through window is incredibly slow giving the orders to you. Today I ordered a blueberry breeze lemonade and they gave me green tea, and my sandwich was missing the sausage.

Rudest and stupidest workers you’ve ever seen. They messed up my order and I politely told them I ordered a coffee and not a refresher and the cashier literally yelled at me. I have never felt the need to write a negative review for anything before, but this location has also been slow for years(like 30-45 minute wait for one coffee). Needs new staff.

This was my first time at this location and I loved it. It is small and cozy and I was welcomed right away by a very outgoing man with a huge smile and a great disposition. It took me a few minutes to decide, but he was very patient. It took me less than 5 minutes from the time I walked through the door and I had my order and was comfortably seated to enjoy my selection and read the paper.

Haffners new dunks is a joke. I gave them 3 chances and each time was garbage. SLOW service, The employees mess up simple orders regularly and when you ask them to fix they refuse to fix the issue just ask you to go to another location. but by far the worst part is the waiting even at the screen you have to wait 5 min to even place the order, they really miss the point of fast food.
