Haffners new dunks is a joke. I gave them 3 chances and each time was garbage. SLOW service, The employees mess up simple orders regularly and when you ask them to fix they refuse to fix the issue just ask you to go to another location. but by far the worst part is the waiting even at the screen you have to wait 5 min to even place the order, they really miss the point of fast food.

The worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been too. I've been here tons times in the last few months since they reopened after construction. They are atrocious, from the terrible employees to unbelievable wait times. I'll go through at 0630 and be the only one in line and still have to wait 5-15 mins to get a medium hot coffee. As the only one in the drive through, how does that make sense. I burn time now going to Laconia or even Alton now instead of this one. Avoid this, you won't regret it.

Why do they were gloves? It’s pointless I just saw the cadhier at drive thru handling money with the same gloves she is touching my food!!!

Terrible. Just terrible. Will never return, I’ll take the extra 6 minutes to Laconia everyday from now on. Had I known looking at the reviews I’d never end up here. Waited 10 minutes just to get to the speaker to order hash browns for my kid and some things for me to only find out foods on a wait?? Being on a semi-time crunch I decided to pass on the food considering it’s been well over 10 minutes, another 20 goes by and I finally got my 1 single coffee. If I had ordered food I wondered how long it would take, well over an hour maybe? Place has to shut down or find people better because it’s just embarrassing to be the worst dunks in the area

It's just an all around disappointment. A brand new building, but ever since it reopened there is consistently troubles with our orders. If you place a mobile order, it's never ready when you get there and you end up waiting an additional 10 mins or so for it to be ready. Staff is not friendly.

I honestly held back from writing a negative review for a few visits, but this one really solidified it for me. I waited in the drive-thru line for 38 minutes yesterday.. I work in the food industry and I know that it is difficult work. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that things were just crazy and that they were moving as fast as they could. When I pulled up to the window after almost 40 minutes to get my food, the employees were just slowly milling around, had no sense of urgency and didn't really seem that they cared how backed up the line was. Everyone has bad days, so I gave it another shot today and when I pulled up to pay for my food, the employee at the window was talking trash about the person who had just got their food in front of me... So unprofessional.

Awful Dunks. Line is always at least 30 mins long. Today I sat in a ten car line for 15 mins and in that time they only managed to serve 2 cars. Bailed to get to work on time. Pulled by the window and there were at least 4 workers visible through the window. Not sure what they’re doing in there since they’re obviously aren’t doing their jobs.

Quick service, staff is less than friendly, they do not put enough flavor in the coffee when asked. Customers pay for the extra flavoring. Should use full pumps on the flavors not quick 1/4 pumps. Having to continually bring a coffee back in because it's not made correctly is frustrating.

This dunkins used to be awesome before they renovated. All the good help left. I went today and order 2 coffees and 3 donuts. I pulled up to the window and sat for 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there (didn’t say sorry for the wait or anything) then was handed my donuts. The girl that handed me my donuts starting having a separate conversation and walked away. She did not give me my coffees or tell me that it would be a little bit longer of a wait. About 5 minutes later someone else handed me one of my coffees and forgot the other one. If they had just opened the window and told me I would have a wait, I would have been a little less upset. But the fact that they didn’t even acknowledge me being there for that long, and then did not even apologize for the wait was crazy.

The staff in this Dunkin Donuts absolutely suck. Terrible at their jobs with huge attitudes. I ordered a single coffee and I am not exaggerating it took 15 min! The staff was preparing and making the food/coffee for the people behind me. Meanwhile I’m still waiting for a single coffee. That’s fine…it happens but the way the responded was not cool.

I asked them super politely “is my coffee on the way?” and the staff scowled at me and said “it’s coming give me a sec ?” insinuating that I’m being impatient or something.

Lastly these guys prioritize the drive through customers over the people that can get there lazy butts out of the car and walk in. It’s actually crazy how bad the ignore the walk in customers.

They suck! Take an extra 10 min and go to Laconia Dunkin instead. Those guys over there are fantastic.
