The service was amazing and the outdoor patio facing the lake is beautiful. I just had a Guinness but people were very vocal about how good the food was. I did get sneered at by the ladies at the door who literally looked me over from head to toes and seemed to seriously consider not letting me in, but it was a grand day and good place to go

Don't try walking in on a Saturday without a reservation. Got turned away at 4pm and they said they wouldn't have anything all night. Place looked ok when we walked in the door but that's how far we got.

I still have a headache. Sat at the bar for drinks and food. The large groups seated inside were deafening. The bartender was concerned when I asked for the check and asked if it was too loud. After 5 minutes I paid for our drinks and left. If you’re going and you have any class, sit outside. If you’re a loudmouth sit inside.
Terrible service. Waited 90 minutes for food. Chicken over cooked. No comps given. Would not recommend unless your just going to drinks

Hostess was so rude to the bachelorette party I had brunch with here, accused us of making reservations at the other location when we called other location we had not and we had proof on maid of honor phone she had called this location. Made dirty faces at us when walking by our table multiple times. We were first guests in/seated when it opened, multiple other tables received their drinks and food far before us, took 30 minutes to get any drinks including water, took 1 hr and 15 min to get any food. And once again we were the first guests in the door and were nothing but kind and respectful. When talking to the manager assured hostess would be spoken to, even after that hostess gave dirty looks and no one including manager ever offered to comp brides meal or take any percentage off. Food was ok, the only thing that saved any part of it was Grace the waitress was so sweet and trying hard to be prompt, obviously very busy and stretched thin but she was great. Will not be recommending or coming back and the hostess needs a lot of retraining on customer service and just not being a rude person.

Unfortunately we had overcooked and funky tasting mussels(few were eaten) but service responded well. Later in our meal there was hair found in our lobster sandwich, we were then helped by the manager who did the most to make it right. Salads were soggy (the kind of soggy when the lettuce is old). First and last time eating here.
Cesar salad was mid at most.

The food was ok at best. Even then it wasn't too good. Some items definitely were better than others but overall mediocre. Waitress brought everyone a soda water when we requested normal water and was also rude and inconsiderate. Also messed up a couple of orders. At the end of our meal we split the bill and we were a large group so it was about $500 and I'm not sure who is in charge of splitting bills but it wasn't split. It was doubled. So in the end we had to pay over $1000. Poor service and mediocre food and ok scenery but it just felt like a run of the mill house pr something similar. Also chairs were uncomfortable.
