Walmart Superstore in Plymouth NH is a great store with really good associates! I really enjoy ordering groceries online and using curbside pickup. This saves a lot of money as there's no impulse shopping and it's a blessing as I have walking difficulties.

Kudos to Chris who answered immediately when I requested help to pick up bagged soil that was wayyyy to heavy to put in my car. Professional, kind and polite! He is a fine example of an exemplary representative for your store!
Need cashier check out.. ridiculous lines..no need of it completely awful way to go shopping.

Today my dad had a racist incident. My dad who is Hispanic legally in the country with broken English went to this Walmart an a guy from the customer service area was very disrespectful to him. He was trying to deposit money thru western union and my dad was not understanding that he needed a bill with his name with an address, so my dad decided to call me to help him translate) the guy didn’t even want to take my call to translate so I asked my dad to put the phone on speaker. And I said what does he needs to get in order to be able to deposit? The guy answered a proof of address. That is all he said then he decided to call security because he did not like the way that he said I spoke to him. I was never disrespectful, my dad left to continue his shopping and that was it. As a customer service you have to be able to help people, and did I mention he is a senior ( please have more patient) you will be that old at some point in your life. To us what he did is a sign of racism/ unkindness and with Walmart having customers worldwide is unacceptable. I have been trying to call management from this store and they dont pick up the call.
