Employees are rude and refuse to give 4 sauces for 4 orders of nuggets. I understand charging for extra sauce, if I was asking for extra not asking for 1 sauce for 1 order of nuggets. Also Wendy's use to have the best sweet and sours sauces, but apparently have replaced it with a sweet chili, which is no where as good. Food has gone down hill and customer service is even worse.

Dont ask for the sauce that COMES WITH your meal unless you want to be swore at, argued with and then the wrong item thrown at the counter at you, and have the angry old man continue to run his mouth about it while you are trying to eat for the whole dining room to hear. The customer service here is disgusting, the foods only slightly better than the service. Ew, do better.

Super slow service. Bearly anyone speaks English working in customer service. (At the Register) Told an employee that the floor was covered with water and that someone can slip. They said ok, then did t do anything about it. It was a clear dry night just for the record.

I usually have such a good time with the customer service members but Noah the manager (thats what he said he was) got upset I looked at him for a little too long i guess. Asked if i had a staring problem then got upset i gave him a compliment. I understand i shouldn’t have said something like that but it was very unprofessional for him to say that even though i wasnt really looking at him (i like to watch the people work)

Stole my card info. i went to the gilford location thru the drive thru.then the next day saw charges in north Carolina, to make it worse i have an apple card that has no physical numbers on the card so they must have swiped in there

First of all they forgot my ketchup ((which I had specifically asked for EXTRA))Originally I had ordered the French toast meal with a regular lemonade. Mabye 20 minutes later I noticed black specs looking like coffee grounds in the lemonade so I WENT BACK to this same Wendy’s to get a new lemonade. Luckily they gave me another with no hesitation little to find out the new one has shit in it too….One single car in your drive through for 10 minutes with atleast 4 people AT THE WINDOW and this is what you get 😂 not to mention the review from two weeks ago of this lady getting food poisoning from the gilford wendys baconator.

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD. I got food poisoning from this exact location. I had a busy day at work and wasn't able to eat anything all day. The only thing I had eaten all day was an order from Wendys later in the night. I woke up at 12am that night and for the following 24 hours, I was constantly throwing up every 20 minutes and feeling as if my stomach was dying. I know it was the food I ate here because I hadn't eaten anything else and my burger tasted funny but I was so hungry that I didn't even question it at first. It wasn't some stomach bug or a flu, it was definitely food poisoning and definitely from my Baconator order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Their standards are super poor and they are perfectly fine with getting customers sick.

The greatest part of this trip to this Wendy's was an awesome employee who was friendly and just a wicked cool human being, I wish I knew his name. He was maybe mid-late 40s (guessing) salt and pepper beard, was wearing a winter hat, just amazing service and personality. 100/10 would go there just because of him! Gave me an awesome recipe for a dipping sauce he concocted!
