Tried this place for the first time the other day and it's my new favorite spot, that's for sure. The only thing more ridiculous than how good the food is, is the portion sizes! Run, don't walk to try this local gem
The woman at the counter is psychotic. I asked a simple question about my order and she flipped out, started swearing and told me to get out. Best to avoid at all costs. I can only imagine what they might do to the food if this is the way they treat customers.

The owners of this adorable hidden gem are the absolute sweetest people! I have been a Charlie’s regular since they opened. I was shocked when the owner came into my job with her puppy and then returned with lunch for my fellow techs. We love your Theo very much. Thanks for filling our bellies❤️

This place was so kind for their amazing service.
I was part of a Catholic youth mission group from New britain CT. I was in charge of 3 young ladies. We were sent out into the area to announce the gospel of Jesus Christ and announce God's love for his people.
We were dropped off at a start location and had a map to reach our pick-up destination. No money, no phones, solely providing on prayer and the Providence of God.
We went along along the way, knocking on doors and encountering anyone who would listen about our experiences with God in our lives and oir announcing this love of God for them.
We stopped in this location because Charlie is the name of my son. We were so thirsty from walking, the girls were dead. Cindy explained to her our situation and experiences.
She provided water for the young girls and sheltered us for a little bit as we warmed up in their establishment.
thank you for your kindness, your mercy, and your compassion. May the Lord bless you and your family. May he bring abundance to your business for your generosity.

Food is good, but they consistently miss add ons (extra bread that is paid for) or soda (Diet Coke is missing last 4 of 5 orders on ubereats). Needs attention overall.

Tuna wrap did not have enough veggies but still tasted good. Baklava was disgusting! It was old and tasted awful! Reply: It smelled like rancid oil.The syrup became overly soggy, indicating that the pastry has absorbed too much moisture and is past its prime; essentially, it should be crisp and moist, not overly soggy.
