I took David to The White Birch Eatery and was completed wooed! It is probably the finest breakfast establishments in the greater Manchester area when it comes to serving up five star breakfast options that will satisfy the most critical of palates (I should know ha ha). I love the variety of choices and vegan and vegetarian options too. Definitely reminds me of breakfast in San Diego, especially with their coffee and expresso bar. What really made the experience a Ten Star though was the exceptional service of their Waitress/Hostess Analia, this girl is incredible! Make sure to ask for her, waitstaff like her are a treasure.

Wonderful and welcoming but especially love their vegan offerings!Vegetarian options: Vegan pancakes are the BEST! They offer a wide range of vegan options with egg and cheese vegan substitutes that are awesome!! Great staff, always friendly and welcoming no matter how busy they are.Dietary restrictions: Vegan choices as well as gluten free offerings. Very accommodating.

We have tried to get into this place a few times but it was always busy. Went in this morning (Sunday) and was finally able to get a seat. The place was very nice, very clean, and had a nice open vibe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and had absolutely no complaints. I ordered the Grizzly which is 3 eggs, home fries, sausage AND ham, and two pancakes. My gf had the Greek bowl with sweet potato home fries and toast. Both hers and mine were HUGE portions (she took home some leftovers) so the value was certainly there. The only complaints I would have is that my pancakes were barely warm enough to melt butter and her bowl had a lot of water in the bottom probably due to not draining the spinach enough. For those two issues, and the fact that it was a bit pricey for breakfast ($37+), I will give this place a solid 3. Not bad at all but it won't replace Bagg Lunch as my favorite for breakfast.

Food was really good. I got the classic egg benny with there sweet potatoes hash. All items were cooked well and tasted delicious. Staff was very friendly but felt like they were understaffed as we waited quite some time to get our check. Coffee was very weak according to my fiancé. We would go back tho.

Delicious food, wonderful and friendly staff, incredible value, and fantastic atmosphere. Very prompt and attentive service, very kid friendly, very accommodating to food allergies, and just overall an incredible dining experience every time!Vegetarian options: We have ordered several vegetarian/vegan options due to dietary restrictions and they've all been deliciousDietary restrictions: When notified about food allergies the staff has gone above and beyond to double check ingredients and make sure the food they are serving is safe for the customer.Parking: We've never not found a spot in the lot even when busyKid-friendliness: Our boys (4 and 1) love the staff and it genuinely seems like the staff loves them!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and dining on the same level as the entrance, both bathrooms appear accessible
