Again, another crappy experience at this DD! Now, the food was alright (considering) and the pricing was meh (understandable with the price of eggs), but the service was HORRIBLE! Same girl too. Don’t know her name, as they don’t believe in name tags ( I now know why!). But my wife and I call her Mumbles McGee as she put off this horrible aura as if she doesn’t even want to be there, can not hear her at all, treats us like we are not even there, not even a good morning or even a thank you. Customers spend money at these places and we like to at least get a smile first thing in the morning. I may be old fashioned, but kids these days don’t have the work ethic of generations past. DD has seriously gone down hill!

I see why all the poor reviews, walked in around 4:45 to get my second coffee and both employees are bent over the counter hanging out. Walked over to try to get their attention and the tall skinny guy working just looked up from his phone and went back to it. Only 3 cars in the drive through if that. Absolutely abhorrent service.
On a flip note the workers around 8:45ish were lovely to deal with and they should be commended for their hard work! (Both on Nov 21,2024)

Got a sandwich that had a hair embedded into it, when I called to suggest using a visor to prevent this from happening, I got lied to and told they use visors when i physically saw them not using them to make my friend and I’s food.
