Not sure why but the plane bagels have been very hard ( almost Stale) for the past 2 weeks, been going to this dunks for a very long time & normally the bagels are fresh in the morning. Workers have bad attitudes for no reason.

I took a chance and stopped by Dunkin today to try their Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shakin Espresso from my normal daily Starbucks run. Because it’s $3 cheaper. It WAS NOT worth it! They asked me to pull ahead to the second window, then proceeded to forget about me for 10 minutes, I finally had to get out of my car and walk back up to the window to ask for my coffee…all for the coffee to be burnt and disgusting. Will NEVER be returning.

Love this location! I was in town visiting a friend and we stopped to get our daily Dunkin. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful! The service is super fast and my coffee was made right.

Parking lot is a masterpiece puzzle. Good luck. Kind staff and your usual food options prioritizing on breakfast style foods.
Had to wait 15 minutes from start to finish in the drive thru, and they gave me 2 wrong things out of my 3 item order. Awful. I will not be returning to this location.

I live nearby and go multiple times daily and i have to day it seems a few people are on theyre game friendly timely and others are out to lunch also seems to always be out of bacon and other stuff aggravating as i then have to drive to old orchard beach but all in all its my Dunks !!!!
We waited 20 minutes to get our order just to find out they were out of what we had ordered. We will not be going to this location again.

The AM crew they had there this year was working like clockwork. Everything was made right since all the help came back ….and they are very friendly. They AM crew they have there now as of December 1, 2024 is horrible coffees are always wrong and when you’re on the go, you can’t run back and return…. you pay a lot for your coffee you expected it to be made right!

Not impressed with this Location Lately because they Never have what I Ordered and They always make my order incorrectly and they always take too long! Especially today when they told me they didn’t have Any Hot Chocolate or My Favorite The “Frozen Hot Chocolate”, and the manager had to give me a refund for it! I’ve never had any problem with this location before until Now! Good thing Starbucks is down the street!!
