Every time we go there, they give us Cold Coffee when we ask for hot coffee. Sometimes English muffins are burnt when they give it. The employees are very rude and disrespectful. Now they say I complain too much. And they do not want to serve me anymore. But they let a homeless person. Sleep in the booth and not buying anything. The worst week employee is Stephanie. Every time I went in there. She would walk away from the cash and get somebody else to help me.
Where should I start. We waited 15 minutes with just two cars in the drive thru and when we got our food, it looked like something you’d find in a carseat and was just as hard and cold. Threw the whole thing away
None of the employees at the counter were wearing masks. Won’t be going there again anytime soon. ☹️

Despite some challenges with the drive-through, the gentleman working there went above and beyond to provide good customer service. The atmosphere is decent, and kids seem to enjoy it. Overall, McDonald's is a good option for a quick and tasty meal, especially with the available deals on the app.
