Not sure what the issue was, but the woman who took our order sounded completely disinterested. We had to ask her several times to repeat herself, and she acted like it was a chore. When we pulled up, her body language and expression made it clear she didn’t want to be there. Her whiny tone and attitude made the experience unpleasant

Bought a Hashbrown at 929 am. Cashier that took order was kinda rude. Didnt tell me the price OR ask me to round up as they usually do. She just kept my change..i complained at next window and got my change back but my hashbrown was loose in the bag .. not even in the wrapper. In the Summer time.....flies everywhere in That building. If you want to spend your money on garbage... go here! This place has had Problems for years.. i worked and lived in the area for many years. They cant even get an ice coffee right. And the place called Dunkins across the street is no better, napkin in your ice coffee!! Come on. Goffstown!!
Heres another one Folks.... Wife stopped in for an iced coffee today, Busted cup was handed to her and leaked all over her lap and car seat and drove back and complained and was asked ... How was your order? Regular iced coffee ....without a busted cup!!!. Duhhhhh!!! The trash can out by drivethru was falling over with trash and the guy in the car before her was so pissed .. he threw his coffee at the drive thru window... i agree - bad move but the absolute incompitence of this place is beyond anything ive ever seen...lol Mr Owner , please take charge and work in your restaraunt and see whats happening in this location, maybe you can straighten this place out, this is a fine example of letting the TV be the babysitter people because they have NO Work Ethic.... cabt even eat a cheese burger without having a heartburn meltdown 2 bites in !!!! And these kids here are too busy with cell phones and thinking life OWES them a living Good luck Mc Donalds. Never again

Went in and got food, watched a guy wipe ice cream off the floor with bare hands than not wash them. Guy at the front messed up my order and then when i went back to get my refund they reached in my bag took back the sandwich which they are not allowed to do. Although they gave me my money back, overall whole place and process was very unsanitary and the food i did order was a mess inside the bag

I just gotta say this is the worst experience we ordered Uber $60 worth of food on the McDonald's app we went into McDonald's to pick up the food and they said that they did not get it on their ends as we showed them the receipt that we paid and then it did go through they're saying that we have to wait 3 days to get reimbursed this is totally crap this is the worst the manager that is working today on a Saturday afternoon is the worst you should be fired

1/25/25. Stopped to get sausage mcmuffin, hash brown and a orange juice. In my mind a very simple order. Fast food should be a quick, in and out.... Nope! After placing my order and 5 minutes waiting in line only to be told I have to park and wait. After 10 minutes waiting and watching a sad sack of a boy in a pink sweat shirt lumber out like a turtle 3 times to give other customers after me receive their orders I had to go in side to get it. Pink sweat shirt boy was less than helpful in figuring out my order while move slower than a snail not sure he even knew how to communicate because he never said one word.
Mcdonalds use to be a place to get a quick snack or cheap meal. That's a thing of the past and this place is proof of that.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. My food order came up, but my coffee drink did not. After waiting to get the attention of an employee for five minutes while they socialized in the kitchen, a teenage boy asked if I needed anything. I told him I didn’t get my drink. He asked what I ordered, and instead of explaining the details of my drink, it was easier to show him the receipt. His response was to say smugly “I can’t read” with a smirk. This kid was incredibly rude and acted like doing his job was such an inconvenience.
The management doesn’t seem to care about the place being poorly run and the staff treating customers like garbage.

I have not been here in years. I received a gift card and ordered a meal. One bite in, i threw it all in the trash, gross and way over priced. I even threw my gift card in the trash. Was just in here and had to get my food refunded due to MAJOR HEALTH CONCERNS. Multiple people in filthy clothing touching their own and each other's faces and hair and then customer's food. One girl took out her earbud, wiped the earwax on her thumb, and then put her earbud back in and grabbed my fries. Horrific. Don't eat here if you value your health.
Ran by children, trash was missing, everyone was talking instead of working. Food was not good and not a single table was clean.

I come here often just for a snack not an actual meal. The people are always friendly. Kristen a worker there is so wonderful! Multiple times has she brought me out my snack with a smile on her face. Taken my order at the window so friendly and if I go in. She greets me as if I’m the only person waiting. The food there isn’t great but it’s fast food what you expect. The prices went up but what do you expect everything goes up in time (inflation). They’ve gotten order wrong or messed up but always willing to fix the problem
