I made this reservation online several weeks ago to try this restaurant for the first time. Process was good and easy.........EXCEPT! After confirmations and text messages to remind and reconfirm, we find out that the restaurant is CLOSED on Mondays and Tuesdays. I have sent a message to the restaurant about this and have yet to hear any response. Sub par Customer Service.

The food was outstanding! It was so delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff was very friendly and attentive. This is a true hidden gem. We will definitely will be going back!!

The food is absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! The atmosphere was great and drinks were fantastic!! The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. Would love to see this restaurant in Concord, NH!! Highly recommend - it’s a must try!!!

Came here once or twice last year and it was amazing. I was very excited to come back because of the good experiences i had prior, but the crawfish was not fresh. It was bitter, small, and had a weird taste to it. You can tell it had been dead for a while and they just cooked it. It was also a weird orange color which isn't normal, crawfish is supposed to be red when they're FRESH. Although the person who served us was very sweet and they had good music, I was very disappointed by the food and will not be returning.

Super disappointed with this location. Employee Amanda was super disrespectful and unprofessional. She stole food from my family and didn’t give a damn about it after marking an order ready for pick up and never full filling it without contacting me. Once arrived to pick up the order she was super argumentative and expressed how this was not her fault and her boss was on vacation and she had no one to contact to help resolve the issue. Amanda had exactly from 8:22 pm when the order was placed to 9pm to contact the customer to then say the kitchen was closed at 9 when I arrived to pick up my food. This is very disgusting experience and I plan on reaching out to their corporate office for further action.To the “Boss” , you planned poorly your “vacation” with no sense of guidance for your team. As a leader it is your responsibility to have someone in charge in your absence to help when you are not available. Shame on you.

If I could give this place 0 stars trust me I would. Terrible customer service all around ! While I ordered food around 8:20PM online upon arrival my food was not here, not ready, given out I’m not even sure anymore and while I arrived at 9:12PM and the hours online are 9:30PM for closing I was refused ANY food. I was told “there is nothing I can do I’m here with one cook.”No manager available, thank you Christine for not supporting your location, thank you! While your complaint of having to clean the tables by yourself is a fair complaint to the customers who received food, I’ll be going without food!

First time there and was pretty disappointed. They seemed understaffed as there was one waitress/host, she was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. Drinks took sometime to come out. We ordered the fisherman’s platter as an app and a boil for dinner. Both came out at the same time. Nothing was hot on the app, calamari was cold. Food was subpar. We got our food before another table that was there before us. We were really looking forward to going here as the food looked great online, but comes no where close to what it was in person. We unfortunately won’t be going here again…

Atmosphere and service was great. Boils just come in a bag with no plate or dish to eat them off of. Small "French fry" containers were given but not sufficient space to eat. Just kinda weird to have to eat your dinner out of a bag. Flavor was okay. Not seasoned enough or the way I'd expected Cajon style food to taste. The sauce were delicious and the flavor depends mostly on that. Calamari were thin without much meat to them. Also a lot of waste with unnecessary/ over abundance of bags, gloves and bibs at the table. I think it'd be better to offer and give to people that want them rather then waste money and increase waste by just having them on the table already. I'd rate them as mediocre and don't see myself going back.

This is my first time going to the shaking crab and my girlfriend recommended it she brought me there for a dinner date and it was absolutely amazing our waitress who's also the bartender was absolutely attentive and took care of us very nicely and

Went to this location last night. Food was fabulous. Our waitress (Amanda) and the bartender were the only 2 working the front. Even with a pretty full place the service was amazing. These 2 did a great job. Will definitely be back. Pricing was good,definitely not over priced. Lots of fun,messy and fun. Oh and the drinks are great
