I ordered a hot steak and cheese footlong while I was at work through uber eats, and when it was delivered it was stone cold. I opened up the sandwich and the cheese was unmelted and the meat was cold and covered in an orange redish powder. In the bag the employee that made my sandwich left me an handwritten note accusing me of not tipping and said they purposefully made my hot sandwich cold because “I did not tip”. I did tip though, so I have no idea why I received such nasty treatment and a note as a paying AND tipping customer. I personally cannot recommend this place as a safe place to eat as long as a bitter reckless employee is working there. And I’m really hoping my food wasn’t tampered with/I don’t get sick. Definitely a horrible experience and interaction

Very quite all the time , very slow service but great sandwich ! If you're in a hurry, do not stop in even if you're the only customer 23 min sandwich , I enjoyed at 🏡

The employee working there was so off putting and rude when I walked up to the counter, I didn’t even want to order food. We literally walked in and walked out.

Ordered pick up for my friend and our other co worker on our lunch break. Online ordering was an easy process. It was nice because we could all see our totals. Walked in- no bathrooms and it looked a bit run down. A guy that worked there said " your order is right here but sorry we don't have your cookies we only have raisin but grab a bag of chips if you would like on us". So that was a bummer ,but nice he did that . That gentleman left and there was a teenager behind the counter. Got our drink cups to fill (since they did not fill them with what we ordered online.) Went to the fountain soda machine and all of the soda was completely flat, no carbonation, just syrupy. The guy behind the counter completely could hear us but ignored it. Then got pissy when we asked if we could grab drinks from the cooler because this was not working properly. The cooler didn't have half of the drinks they advertise on the online ordering. Checked the bag to make sure we had everything as it felt a bit light for 3 subs.
Got to work and opened all of our food- the Italian herb bread was like crumbling off on the sides, there was barely any meat in any of the subs. I also got almost every veggie on mine, there was barely anything in it.
I'm not really sure how this business is even still open tbh. It seems like no one is ever there, and judging by these reviews, when they do have people it's never a good experience.

Vegetarian options: Even if you get an all veg meal, odds are great that an employee has touched something with gloves that just touched meat. Nothing should be considered vegetarian safe here.

This is the second time I've been to this location and has caught an employee on their smoke break and came back into the store and started making sandwiches without washing their hands. The first time when I saw this happen the employee gave me attitude as if I just insulted their family when I simply asked if they could wash their hands because I just saw them smoking a cigarette. This time around I decided to leave without getting food. If employees are comfortable enough to smoke cigarettes and not wash their hands in front of customers, it really makes me wonder what else they might doing when no one is watching when it comes to food preparation and safety.
