The employee working there was so off putting and rude when I walked up to the counter, I didn’t even want to order food. We literally walked in and walked out.

Ordered pick up for my friend and our other co worker on our lunch break. Online ordering was an easy process. It was nice because we could all see our totals. Walked in- no bathrooms and it looked a bit run down. A guy that worked there said " your order is right here but sorry we don't have your cookies we only have raisin but grab a bag of chips if you would like on us". So that was a bummer ,but nice he did that . That gentleman left and there was a teenager behind the counter. Got our drink cups to fill (since they did not fill them with what we ordered online.) Went to the fountain soda machine and all of the soda was completely flat, no carbonation, just syrupy. The guy behind the counter completely could hear us but ignored it. Then got pissy when we asked if we could grab drinks from the cooler because this was not working properly. The cooler didn't have half of the drinks they advertise on the online ordering. Checked the bag to make sure we had everything as it felt a bit light for 3 subs. Got to work and opened all of our food- the Italian herb bread was like crumbling off on the sides, there was barely any meat in any of the subs. I also got almost every veggie on mine, there was barely anything in it. I'm not really sure how this business is even still open tbh. It seems like no one is ever there, and judging by these reviews, when they do have people it's never a good experience.

Nasty line where the food is kept & unsanitary practices by the employees.
Vegetarian options: Even if you get an all veg meal, odds are great that an employee has touched something with gloves that just touched meat. Nothing should be considered vegetarian safe here.

7/26 Store opens at 930. I'm there at 10... "Oh, we don't have any onions cut yet. Oh, they discontinued the oregano". Asked for a Italian, got an Ultimate. Are you guys actually trying to go with less business? You probably feel if it wasn't for customers, you'd have a good job there. Customers are soo demanding demanding...
Went in for 2 subs around lunch time- they had NO fresh bread or meats!! Ended up leaving. Poor management for sure

This is the second time I've been to this location and has caught an employee on their smoke break and came back into the store and started making sandwiches without washing their hands. The first time when I saw this happen the employee gave me attitude as if I just insulted their family when I simply asked if they could wash their hands because I just saw them smoking a cigarette. This time around I decided to leave without getting food. If employees are comfortable enough to smoke cigarettes and not wash their hands in front of customers, it really makes me wonder what else they might doing when no one is watching when it comes to food preparation and safety.

Night time person was extremely rude and had a whole attitude not sure why when I was nice to him I didn’t know there was a pickup spot and was waiting patiently and he came out with an attitude anyways besides that I never usually have a problem here but this guy clearly hates his job he also made my sub completely wrong but I’d rather just throw it away then to go back in and deal with him I got a buffalo chicken which was ice cold and usually they always warm it up here what a shame this visit was definitely won’t be coming back at night and only during the day time when the respectful workers are in
