Lived here for 4 years and the time I’ve been here, this Dunkin’s is probably the worst one yet, They do not have food or drinks supplies. There was at least 4/5 people and none of them could take my order and then proceeded to tell me to use the kiosk even though there was plenty of people who could take my order. After waiting in line for literally 10 minutes, they stood around talking while I was waiting for them to give me my sandwich that was sitting there over the counter on their end.The store manager needs to get his crew together and store. If you know you get a lot of busy there then you should be able to compensate for that.

The employees are set up to fail. Their product availability is never updated on the app and they’re clearly understaffed every weekend. They have to ask nearly every customer if they’re okay with something else after they already ordered 15 mins prior. We always enjoy our weekly Dunkin treat but I think our patience and understanding has finally worn out after many underwhelming visits.

Recently came here for breakfast. Terrible service, unwelcoming and unfriendly. Unfortunately they did not want to take my order so they made me use a machine to order on my own. While I was there, an older couple came in and refused to use the machine so they turned around.
Food was good and fresh as usual.

I have never seen a Dunkin’ Donuts like this before. We are in the area once a year and every year it’s the same. Horrible customer service, they don’t acknowledge you at the counter, they make you order your coffee on a screen which would be great if the coffee you drink was an option! They need a new organized system in that place!

Had to place order at kiosk as the workers didn’t want to take orders even though there were 5 people in line. Had to wait 10 minutes for my 6 donuts and then I had to ask for them and then she said did the order go through. I got an order number and she was put off that I was asking about my order. No customer service what so ever. Not going to a Dunkin’s again.

It doesn't matter how many cars are in front of you through the drive-thru it's going to be the longest wait you've ever had it any dunkin' donuts ever. We won't even get into the fact that the bacon or the meat on any product is never cooked properly.

Terrible service Had to wait 15-20 minutes just to get a simple coffee. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to the customers waiting. Definitely not coming back.

If I could give this place zero stars I certainly would. The employees are rude! The female worker was too concerned about who was and wasn’t working I completely understand being short staffed and busy but 30 minutes for egg bites (which I never received) when the people who ordered after me got their food first. I was able to get my coffees and donuts( which they gave me the wrong ones). I will not be returning, I hope the guy who was still waiting for his plain bagel enjoys the egg bites I told him he could have if they ever came out.

This location lacked product. They couldn’t make hot chocolate, lattes, frozen drinks. Had no bagels, turkey sausage. I ordered a hot coffee and got an ice coffee instead. It was only 10 a.m
