After waiting 20 mins for only 2 sandwiches I got my bacon cheese on a bagel the bacon is chewy and disgusting and yes I asked them to cook it extra for this reason and its everytime I come to gorham im waiting at least 15-20mins its ridiculous.

Honestly the coffee and food is on point at this Dunkins. Pretty rare for Dunkins this day and age. Staff are super friendly!

Awful experience here. The food portions keep getting smaller and smaller and the price keeps growing. Total ripoff for that alone. It was also the slowest service I've ever seen with no one behind the cash to ask what's going on to, and a crowd of us just standing and waiting while the workers just nonchalantly slowly prepare food. We waited for over half an hour for that tiny portion of food. To top it all off, their parking lot is so tiny that my car mirror got clipped by a parking pickup truck. The food wasn't even good either.

Mobile ordered and went in to pick up food. Waited for more than 30 minutes watching them turn out drive in orders while ignoring inside and mobile orders. After waiting almost 40 minutes they told us they ran out of the egg bites we had ordered. 40 minutes and we walked out without any food we ordered.

I’ve waited 20 minutes for a ice coffee because they only focus on drive-thru and mobile order….spilled my coffee because the door blocked… entered to get a new one and nobody ever answered than lefted with nothing
Didn’t even get my order. Not worth waiting 30+ minutes for a coffee in the lobby. If you don’t have enough staff just close the lobby

Walked a long way from our hotel (at 3pm) after checking the hours they are open only to find them closed without explanation. Very irritating!

I can’t say anything about the food or coffee. I would just recommend going to a different place before you waste your time standing here in line for 20 minutes. Definitely wait until they get more help. I ran out of time and had to leave without anything

This Dunkins is the bane of my existence. Its the only one in the area, but it sucks so hard. Slow service is the primary problem. The second problem is food accuracy. If you order a blueberry muffin you are surprised to find a bagel sandwich with no muffin in sight. I would recommend going to Cumberland farms and getting coffee there . This Dunks is no bueno!
