I go here pretty consistently, and they always mess something up about my order. Last time they didn’t add French vanilla swirl to my coffee, but they charged me for it. This time they put sausage on my bacon, egg and cheese. Love starting my Monday off on the wrong foot, thanks guys. :/

Literally waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee and a donut. I decided to leave and go somewhere else. Employees look mismanaged and disorganized
Waited 1/2 hour for a one black coffee. Was given someone elses coffee.(black hot midnight) Bathroom was discussing mens feces on toilet. My 4 yr old grandson had to use it lucky only had to pee

Definitely the slowest dunkin ever with awful service 2 days in a row. Suppose to be open until 8 today was told they close at 4pm after waiting in the drive through with 2 cars in front on me.

Worst experience at this cafe, we are a big fan of Dunkin Donuts but this safe experience was worst.. the staff are so rude and arrogant and they don’t even care even if you wait for hours. Never going to visit this place and never suggesting and also Dunkin donuts management should really take legal action against this staff.
