Just waited 10 Mins at the drive thru no one said anything so we pulled up to the window and the person walked by twice and didn’t even acknowledge us , guess a customer service class should be part of training a simple be right with you would have been

While the donut was a bit stale, I went today around 4 pm (which is why the donut was a bit stale) and the employee was super friendly and efficient. He was handling a drive through line and customers coming in at the same time. I was in and out quickly with my order!

Stood in line inside for 30 minutes before even placing my order. I was the next one in line for 10 minutes because they just kept doing mobile orders and the drive thru. An entire line of unhappy customers waiting more than 20 minutes to even order and then over 10 minutes for drinks to be made with a worker who just goes "I'll be with you when I can" in an extremely rude manner. It should not take almost an hour to get coffee. I understand places are short staffed, but this place clearly does not care about their walk-in customers and devotes all their time to drive thru and mobile orders. I finally get my order and 3 of the drinks are completely wrong. Probably because the workers are too busy talking and complaining about how other workers won't come in or answer their phone. Extremely unprofessional. What an absolute waste of time. Will absolutely never be back.
