Ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt, and was told I would have to pay extra for grilled chicken when it’s suppose to come with it normally, kind of felt like they didn’t even care to double check.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at Subway was disappointing enough to share. I swung by to grab a quick lunch, hoping for something fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, the bread was stale, and my sandwich ended up feeling more like a chore to eat than a treat.
The veggies were limp and lacked that crunchy freshness I look for—pretty sad for a place that calls itself a sandwich shop. I also found it frustrating when I realized they had run out of a couple of key toppings I was excited about. It felt like everything was just off.
To top it all off, the service was a bit lackluster. The staff didn’t seem particularly interested or friendly, which just added to the whole not-so-great vibe. I left feeling underwhelmed and regretting my choice. I might give it another shot, but next time, I'll definitely think twice before heading back. Overall, not the best experience.

I recently visited a Subway location that left me pretty disappointed. Right from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off. The employees were unusually curt, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply being there. I asked a couple of questions about the menu, and instead of friendly guidance, I got short, snappy answers that just felt rude.
When it came to making my sandwich, they seemed rushed and uninterested. I appreciate that everyone has busy days, but it doesn't excuse poor customer service. My sandwich turned out to be a bit sloppy, which was the icing on the cake. To top it off, the place wasn’t very clean either, which really didn’t help the overall experience.
It’s a shame because I usually enjoy Subway for a quick bite. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon. A friendly smile and some politeness can make all the difference, and unfortunately, that was sorely lacking here.

I recently had a pretty disappointing experience at my local subway. I’ve always liked the idea of a quick, tasty meal, but this time it just didn’t hit the mark. The employees were really rude, which made the whole situation even worse. Instead of a friendly smile or a polite response, I felt rushed and dismissed. I tried to ask a question about the menu, and the staff member just rolled their eyes at me.
The sandwich I got was okay, but the overall atmosphere was just off. It’s hard to enjoy your food when you feel unwelcome. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations, so I don’t think I’d come back to this one. Honestly, a little kindness goes a long way, and it’s such a shame when poor service ruins what could have been a nice meal.

I went to this subway around 1pm and the place was filthy, service was slow and terrible, all ingredients I asked for looked like they’d been sitting under the sun for 2 weeks. There was a girl who worked there who said she was the daughter of the owner, terribly rude girl and when confronted with poor service and rude staff she simply said “you’re at subway not Eastern Depot” probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. Hope this place gets shut down. Saw a roach in the spinach.

I ordered 2 classic platters and a veggie platter. I ordered them on Wednesday to be ready by Friday but when I got there they were not ready at all. There was only one person working and she said she had only been there 4 months. She had no idea what to do but did her best. She did great under the circumstances. The staff that was supposed to make them but didn’t should be fired.
The Subway at Gorham, NH was the worst subway I ever experienced. The lady behind the counter was rude, got loud with me, I explained that I was hard of hearing, it made no difference. The bread was soggy, the lettuce was old, and there was not the required amount of meat in the sub. I have a friend who owns two subway franchises, and knows for a fact how much pieces of meat, and restaurant cleansingness,and how many health requirements each subway must exhibit. The subway in Gorham did not meet any... I will never eat at that Subway again for the rest of my life. And actually I have found that in the past year or two. Many Subways are going downhill.

The lady kept asking me “What type of sandwich do you want??” And kept getting louder and louder every time. Didn’t even specify what she meant by that, I only found out what she meant when my BROTHER whispered “meat.” I only gave this a one because of that. Other than that the guy was cooperative and the lady you checkout to speaks to you with nice words. The atmosphere wasn’t really good. People kept on giving me looks and I also heard someone whisper “stupid people” to me when i was struggling to understand what the lady was saying. They messed up me and my brother’s order. They gave us both foot-longs when we both asked for 6” inches food was mostly not good. Very rushed and the lettuce didn’t taste like it does. Anyway other than that there was nothing wrong. Only the lady was not cooperative and embarrassed me when she got the chance.
