I ordered 2 classic platters and a veggie platter. I ordered them on Wednesday to be ready by Friday but when I got there they were not ready at all. There was only one person working and she said she had only been there 4 months. She had no idea what to do but did her best. She did great under the circumstances. The staff that was supposed to make them but didn’t should be fired.

The Subway at Gorham, NH was the worst subway I ever experienced. The lady behind the counter was rude, got loud with me, I explained that I was hard of hearing, it made no difference. The bread was soggy, the lettuce was old, and there was not the required amount of meat in the sub. I have a friend who owns two subway franchises, and knows for a fact how much pieces of meat, and restaurant cleansingness,and how many health requirements each subway must exhibit. The subway in Gorham did not meet any... I will never eat at that Subway again for the rest of my life. And actually I have found that in the past year or two. Many Subways are going downhill.

The lady kept asking me “What type of sandwich do you want??” And kept getting louder and louder every time. Didn’t even specify what she meant by that, I only found out what she meant when my BROTHER whispered “meat.” I only gave this a one because of that. Other than that the guy was cooperative and the lady you checkout to speaks to you with nice words. The atmosphere wasn’t really good. People kept on giving me looks and I also heard someone whisper “stupid people” to me when i was struggling to understand what the lady was saying. They messed up me and my brother’s order. They gave us both foot-longs when we both asked for 6” inches food was mostly not good. Very rushed and the lettuce didn’t taste like it does. Anyway other than that there was nothing wrong. Only the lady was not cooperative and embarrassed me when she got the chance.

Fantastic subway, the older gentleman that made our sandwiches on 6/18/2025 was very nice and made our sandwiches great. We stop at a lot of subways but this one was top notch.

Ordered two sandwiches: one did not have a second cold cut as per ordered and paid and the other was a wrap which I did not order black olives and were added to the wrap and the avocado was in a small dish and not in my wrap..

The food was great, but the service wasn’t good. I was waiting in line for at least 15 minutes and when I ask the lady what I wanted she yelled at me at the point everyone even people in China can hear it. That’s how loud she yelled at me. I was ordering cookies and waited at line, then I arrived at the register where I asked if I could buy cookies. Then one of the workers told me to ask her. When I came over to her, She said I was cutting in line and I was dumb for that. My friends saw it too and ask if I was okay. She was really mean to her employees and yelled at customers.

All right the subs are just smaller then most places
We ordered sandwiches last night and Rosa was our sandwich maker. She was kind, patient, thorough, and just a peach! She made sure we had everything we needed although we all forgot about our soup (not her fault, we were talking and joking and she had others waiting). Our sandwiches were delicious and our experience was one where we will be back when she is working. Great job Rosa 💜 I hope she is recognized for her great service!

The subway app wasn't working wasted 30 mins trying multiple cards. So eventually I go in and ask to make sure my multiple attempts at ordering didn't actually go thru. They made comments that they are glad it's not working. What? Your glad I wasted half hour trying to place an order? Little bit upset at this

Knew someone that worked here. They get paid 10 dollars an hour. Every time I’ve been here, there’s new employees. Last few times I went, there was a young lady who seemingly had mental health issues as she loudly kept berating the other employees. Nasty attitude made it unpleasant to be in the restaurant. Management did nothing about it. There have been some nice young ladies who worked here but they have all gone. Food is ok but isn’t worth the price. Bread isn’t fresh unless you ask for bread that was baked that day. Apparently the chicken salad is mashed by hand by the employees instead of using machine to shred the meat. Stopped going here a while ago and probably won’t be back.
