We ordered sandwiches last night and Rosa was our sandwich maker. She was kind, patient, thorough, and just a peach! She made sure we had everything we needed although we all forgot about our soup (not her fault, we were talking and joking and she had others waiting). Our sandwiches were delicious and our experience was one where we will be back when she is working. Great job Rosa 💜 I hope she is recognized for her great service!

The subway app wasn't working wasted 30 mins trying multiple cards. So eventually I go in and ask to make sure my multiple attempts at ordering didn't actually go thru. They made comments that they are glad it's not working. What? Your glad I wasted half hour trying to place an order? Little bit upset at this

Knew someone that worked here. They get paid 10 dollars an hour. Every time I’ve been here, there’s new employees. Last few times I went, there was a young lady who seemingly had mental health issues as she loudly kept berating the other employees. Nasty attitude made it unpleasant to be in the restaurant. Management did nothing about it. There have been some nice young ladies who worked here but they have all gone. Food is ok but isn’t worth the price. Bread isn’t fresh unless you ask for bread that was baked that day. Apparently the chicken salad is mashed by hand by the employees instead of using machine to shred the meat. Stopped going here a while ago and probably won’t be back.

Took forever for the servers to start taking our order and after they started they would stop for other orders. Longest I've had to wait for subway at any location I've been too. Will not be returning to this location.

I've never had any issues or complaints with this location. The staff is always very friendly, the main eating area is always clean, sandwiches are always made correctly. A few times the bathroom needed attention .. but, that's minor, I know they can't monitor the restrooms after each patron uses it.
The food is okay, but for some reason you can't see the bread nor the meat options that are availiable in front of you. That's why I give 3 stars for food because usually you can see it.
The service was okay, but the cashier was new and she didn't know were the buttons were for the cookie, the sandwich, etc. I know it's a learning curve, and I really don't want to seem rude by saying this, but because she didn't know how, it was holding up the whole queue of costumer. So like the sandwich were made and people where waiting to pay. I could feel here anxiety, but I couldn't do anything to help her despite waiting like everyone else. Hopefully she gets the hang of it and she doesn't burn out from stress. I wish you the best.
For the atmosphere, the location is very cute. Though there's only one window for the whole room and you can feel a bit trapped inside, so not the best layout inside. It seems they turned up a residential place to make it a subway? Well it's cute but not 100% practical for atmosphere, but it's okay.
At the end of the day I did eat there and was happy to eat so overall not that bad !
