Ordered two sandwiches: one did not have a second cold cut as per ordered and paid and the other was a wrap which I did not order black olives and were added to the wrap and the avocado was in a small dish and not in my wrap..
We ordered sandwiches last night and Rosa was our sandwich maker. She was kind, patient, thorough, and just a peach! She made sure we had everything we needed although we all forgot about our soup (not her fault, we were talking and joking and she had others waiting). Our sandwiches were delicious and our experience was one where we will be back when she is working. Great job Rosa 💜 I hope she is recognized for her great service!
I've never had any issues or complaints with this location. The staff is always very friendly, the main eating area is always clean, sandwiches are always made correctly. A few times the bathroom needed attention .. but, that's minor, I know they can't monitor the restrooms after each patron uses it.
