If you are looking for quality and hearty sandwiches, sides, and prepared meals to go look no further. The Thanksgiving sandwich is absolutely the best. The menu is extensive and takeout is pretty quick. It’s a great place to call in your order to speed the process. The family that runs the spot is really wonderful and helpful and the service is fantastic. I’ve gotten steak tips and marinades meats for a last minute bbq and the quality and flavor was really delicious
Owner is ignorant, has pre sliced pre packaged cold cuts but couldn't make an Italian sub!!!! Excuse me what???? Every place that sells subs, always has an American and an Italian sub on the menu. They are staple suns. I wouldn't eat this food if it was free. They will never get a penhy from me!!! Awful I suggest you to gorham House Of pizza instead!!!!! Butchers daughter is awful -minus100000000000 stars for my entire experience

Wow we've just had the most amazing Prime Ribs ever! We went in for just sandwiches and they suggested dinner... perfect! We were really hungry. The ribs came with mouth-watering match potatoes and steamed broccoli with green beans. Neither my wife nor me finished our ribs it was huge! They're so kind, they gave us extra plates and everything that we'd need in our hotel because its a take out shop. BTW shop is so cute. Don't doubt just go.

Don't have any energy to cook so I stopped at the butcher's daughter on the way home from doctors apt with a mask on and he got several meals that were already prepared let me just tell you I had magnificent homemade broccoli chowder and ver had beef stroganoff ribs with mashed potatoes with chives and garlic and broccoli I also picked up a homemade chicken pot pie and homemade meatballs a broccoli salad and some type of Thai chicken! I always forget to stop there I even got a Petey a dog treat ! All I got to say I'm very satisfied and I felt like it was very reasonable priced!!! will definitely be stopping back
Anytime we are within 30 miles of Gorham we’ll make the extra time to go here. The NICEST people own and operate and make the best sandwiches to order. Great deli food too. House made chips, some macaroni salad, fantastic lunch. While you’re there pick up some unique local beers, some game sausage and unique snacks for the road. Again, the NICEST people.

Every time we're in NH we come to BD to get delicious and inexpensive NY strips. They're THICK cut, amazing. The air B&b we always stay in has a grill we like to use at least once a visit and we only drop Butcher's Daughter steaks, summer or winter--they're that good. The butcher used to work in NJ with a competitor of Pat La Frieda (love PLF) and the shop has anything else you'd like, sandwiches, pastries, local beers, and even a gift shop. It's very cozy and welcoming inside as well. The woman taking our order was super sweet, she was very attentive and when she saw we needed one more steak she hurried over and let the butcher know. We will be back again and again!!!

I had a great experience during my recent visit. For lunch, I ordered the “Little Guy” and it was delicious. The portion was large and I could have shared it but fortunately I didn’t have to since it was so tasty. The homemade potato chips were spot on! The staff was friendly and attentive. I didn’t spend much time in the shop but it seemed like there were some thoughtfully curated gifts and grocery items. Highly recommend!Parking: Lots of spaces in the back
