We stopped here looking for something to do while family was skiing and were pleasantly surprised to find a vegan AND GF chili available. Tasted great, and I am picky about chili!
Loved this place. Amazing mocha latte and breakfast sandwiches. The bagels are so good! Cute little bookstore too.

Been coming to White Mountain Cafe & Bookstore for years and it’s always been great. Unfortunately I can no longer say that about their breakfast sandwiches. I would get either the Wildcat or the Cliffhanger and they were both delicious but they have unfortunately switched from using real eggs to using preformed egg like patties. Something you would expect from a cheap hotel’s continental breakfast. The “egg” is a perfectly formed egg like substance that is just completely sub par. Their coffee is still great but please switch back to real eggs. 🙏🏼❤️🍳
Great coffee, subpar food, although large portions.... The bookstore is really cool!
I ordered the breakfast burrito and was unhappy with it; I'M PRETTY SURE THEY USE LIQUID EGGS; the consistency was the same throughout and was quite strange and watery. Is it that hard to crack a bunch of farm fresh eggs at the beginning of the shift. I was really disappointed with that burrito... 😢

I'm not crazy about the baked goods, but the coffee is pretty darn good. Also a great selection of books related to NH wilderness. Also a great selection of books related to NH wilderness.

A relaxing space, got maple coffee and green tea. Helped that the September weather was gorgeous, so my wife and I could sit outside at one of the many tables. We did not get food but it looked nice. The selection of books was small but well curated.

The butchers deli wasn’t serving sandwiches. Who’d of guessed it.
The white mountain cafe on the other hand is great place. Good sandwiches and cool treats, the best coffee I’ve had in days.

Nice little shop where you can buy books and good, handmade snacks and drinks. Friendly and fast service. The dining room, where you can sit and eat the food, could be more attractively designed. The tables could be cleaner and does the huge trash can have to be in the middle of the counter? The burrito and the iced tea were delicious!
