Asked for two banana and strawberry smoothies one large regular coffee and three soft cheddar pretzels drinks were awesome personality was awesome by the server but got three regular pretzels unimpressed specially after leaving at five dollar tip

Never had an issue with my orders at this location until recently. Been a pretty regular customer over the past couple years. Over the past month or so, I'd order an iced coffee with oat milk, and the one I'd get would have cream. Consistency has gone down hill a bit too. Used to order the same coffee every day, and it would taste almost exactly the same no mater who made it. Now its a toss up between good or garbage. New crew is friendly but needs some work.

Got an iced chai.... It's literally just milk and we also got a double rush. So much ice it's practically a single.... This happened all the time... The girls who work are always grumpy... And make bad drinks.

Hello, I recently went to the Aroma Joe’s location in Greenland and I was unfortunately met with terrible customer service. As someone who’s worked in customer service for years and especially someone who’s worked at AJ’s for a year I have never been so disappointed. When arriving at the window the young woman proceeded to say “What do you want”. The following interactions were short and snobby.
