Never had an issue with my orders at this location until recently. Been a pretty regular customer over the past couple years. Over the past month or so, I'd order an iced coffee with oat milk, and the one I'd get would have cream. Consistency has gone down hill a bit too. Used to order the same coffee every day, and it would taste almost exactly the same no mater who made it. Now its a toss up between good or garbage. New crew is friendly but needs some work.

Hello, I recently went to the Aroma Joe’s location in Greenland and I was unfortunately met with terrible customer service. As someone who’s worked in customer service for years and especially someone who’s worked at AJ’s for a year I have never been so disappointed. When arriving at the window the young woman proceeded to say “What do you want”. The following interactions were short and snobby.

Great coffee, tea, and lemonade. You can't go wrong with whatever you order. I have not tried any of their rushes but I know they are very popular.
Staff at this location was super nice and tried very hard, despite having some technological / equipment malfunctions. They worked very hard to get it fixed!

East coast coffee chain similar to Dutch Bros with a drive thru. Large variety of drinks to choose from and they have food options as well but i did not get to try any of the food. Highly recommend the mocha frap. with an extra shot very friendly and fast service!

Never got a chance to try this location. We are traveling through the area and tried to park at the Travel Center next door. The Travel Center was full at midnight so we parked in an empty lot between the Travel Center and Aroma Joe's. Figured we would get breakfast and a coffee before we continued on our drive. We were woken up at 6am to a police officer letting us know the manager of Aroma Joe's was upset we were parking in the corner of the lot.Very disappointed.Picture included was from the corner of the overflow parking lot.So disrespectful.

I've never tried anything like Aroma Joe's in the UK but I must say I am completely hooked on it! I love the idea of making your own custom energy drinks with a vast array of flavours to choose from!
