Whoever the older gentleman is with the flow - he is wonderful. Very professional, hospitable, and helpful. He was very patient with me. And my McCrispy was surprisingly great quality for fast food! Bathroom very clean too. I highly recommend this McDonalds!

My husband and I went to this McDonald's on Dec. 4, 2025 around 4:30. Ordering at the drive-thru was very slow. Come to find out that there was only one person working the drive-thru AND the front. Only one! The poor guy was overwhelmed and dealing with complaints about how long things were taking. He deserves a medal! It was ridiculous that there was only one person taking and filling orders. I'm assuming that there was another person manning the grill. If it had been me, I would have closed the drive-thru. Even though the McDonald's was horribly understaffed, we received excellent service and our order was perfect. Kudos to this staff member!
Honestly so silly to say but have loved McDonald’s forever. The food was perfect, the service was great especially this location.

So went through the drive through ordered.My meals approximately thirty dollars realized when I got home.That one of the meals was a plain chicken sandwich, not a deluxe called them spoke to.I'm assuming the manager assistant manager who pulled up the order and said because it was a four a not a four c.When we said a chicken deluxe, we assumed that they would give us the deluxe, but they just gave us the plain chicken sandwich instead of having us.Come and trade it out for the deluxe.Even if we had to pay extra, basically, it is just a situation of it is what it is. Spend money a lot at this location.Seems as though you would think with a mix up that they would try to want to make you satisfied instead.Sitting with a plain chicken sandwich on bread 😔

Seriously the worst McDonald’s in the area, I live so close so when traffics bad I usually settle but this visit was by far my last. Plenty of workers, yet you will still find yourself sitting in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes No matter your meal. I ordered bacon on my burger, no ice in my drink (Made that part pretty clear) and a medium fry. Made sure to read it all back and saw everything was correct, and whaddya know, No bacon, More ice than drink and about 10 fries in my medium. The workers are extremely rude and will roll their eyes at a smile, and the manager?? Screaming his head off at all customers who’ve lost the slightest bit of patience with his store, I watched him go person to person outside and heard nothing but his screaming. Oh and don’t even expect the ice cream machine to be working, was down the ENTIRE month of march, ya know, the month where they’re Supposed to sell shamrock shakes. I don’t think any of their employees have been trained at all but Don’t You Dare take that up with the manager!! And don’t even try to mobile order to avoid this all, they won’t receive your order until you walk into the building, I work fast food and that is never Ever an issue, I’ve gone to every McDonald’s in the area and it is never an issue, the second you ask them why they snap at you like this is completely normal and you’re supposed to just know and accept this. Very surprised they have not gone out of business yet, absolute worst McDonald’s in the seacoast.

My friend and I pulled into this McDonald's to get a cup of coffee from our return trip and needed a boost. We were greeted by a well-mannered, sincere and a polite young man. So much so that my friend requested to speak to a manager in order to relay what a great and pleasant employee they had on staff.

Nobody knows why they are not able to produce food fast. Someone might benefit to look into it?

We order from kiosk and got our food quickly. An 80 year old man came in and asked how long it would take to get a few snack wraps the manager said a while, I am the only one running the front. He left unbelievable to do that to the elderly. When I went to throw my trash away it was so full some of my trash fell on floor. Then my new hoodie got ketchup on it. Very bad! Then we saw the manager outside smoking a cigarette. Horrible Service
