We order from kiosk and got our food quickly. An 80 year old man came in and asked how long it would take to get a few snack wraps the manager said a while, I am the only one running the front. He left unbelievable to do that to the elderly. When I went to throw my trash away it was so full some of my trash fell on floor. Then my new hoodie got ketchup on it. Very bad! Then we saw the manager outside smoking a cigarette. Horrible Service

Burgers are delicious, but fries shouldn't look like that and be tough! The oil in the fryer hasn't been changed in a long time

The woman at the drive through who took our order was very pleasant. The young woman who gave us our drinks was also pleasant. We had to pull forward while the rest of our order was processed, but only for a few minutes. The order came out correctly, hot and fresh. The fries were even hot. I went in to use the restroom and it was clean, all the tables were wiped down in the dining room. Such a pleasant experience!!

Kudos to the manager working lunch today !! I accidentally ordered my food online at another local McDonald’s and showed up at this one to get it and my order wasn’t ready! The manager greeted me instantly and asked what I was waiting on. I told him my order number and we couldn’t find it, realizing it was at another McDonald’s. He rang me up and got me what I ordered fast and efficient with no questions asked! I was expecting to be told that I had to go get my order from the other McDonald’s that my online order went to and they couldn’t help but that was not the case with this guy !!! Awesome customer service and a great manager ! I didn’t catch his name but he was in blue shirt and hat tall guy ! Super awesome and friendly very helpful !

Talk about killing the morning vibe, Latina lady taking my Order definitely did not want to be there and she made that clear with her attitude taking my order, don’t recommend going there when this lady is there she will ruin your morning. Plus she messed up my order
