First time picking up from here. What we got was dynamite even a couple hours after the fact. I picked up, waited for hubs to get home, then ate.The mixed grill was very tasty, the rice was delicious. My favorite was the taboule. It was super fresh and tasty, not like what I've had before. Hummus was also very good. Everything was delicious and hit the spot.We're looking forward to trying more!While I was there, a customer picked up his order and he said he got the shawarma...
I've gotten food here about 5 times and had all good experiences. The kibbeh, honey chicken, and chicken marsala are all really good. The fattoush salad is one of my favorite salads ever! Nice to have a takeout option in the area besides pizza or fast food.
Excellent food (real Greek/Mediterranean food) and excellent service for this mom/pop run restaurant. Lisa took time to explain what was in the various offerings to my friend who was not familiar with the menu items and suggested a good first dish to try. The portions were generous and some of the best ethnic cooking I had tasted in some time and prices were very reasonable. I definitely would recommend Commodore's to anyone.
