This site isn’t actually affiliated with Dunkin Donuts. That’s why the app will randomly not work sometimes. They were shut down too many times so the corporation cut ties with this site and the one at the gas station. He orders supply for another Dunkin’s and has someone drop off the supply’s at the two locations. That’s why one drive thru window is filled with supply and why they use the shed at the other location. So the food is even less fresh than expected. Also, they had a 10 or under child filling orders. Worked harder than some of the actual employees…

Walked in the other morning, there was one person in front of me in line. The young lady helped them, made eye contact with me several times while taking his order. I walked up to the counter to place my order and she walked away and I stood there for 10 minutes, while she went and chatted it up with another employee. The prices at this Dunks are more than any other location as well. More money, more problems? This Dunkins is a joke.

the owner takes money from the employees, takes hundreds of dollars out of paychecks, hires 14 year olds... illegal and child labor. there is mold everywhere all in the food and drinks, mold in the ice machines and buckets, horrible customer service. i do not recommend going to this dunkins along with the store and more dunkin' donuts, horrible management.

Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru. Finally made it to the speaker and all they said was...uh, I'll be with you soon. Waited another 5 minutes and drove away.

Always out of everything. They can’t get up early enough to have donuts at 6:30. Once a week They give me the wrong coffee. It’s obvious it’s poor management because it’s even worse if you go across the street. I just change the way I go to work now.

So slow I order ahead on line & always end up waiting atleast 5mins no exaggeration. I stopped going here & the other one across 111 that they also own. Both are extremely, unapologetically slow.

Employee was running her butt to keep the line moving.. however in that rush I ended up with not so great coffee and the wrong donut.. not a good way to start my day..

Management asks 2 guys to cover drive-thru, counter, and mobile at 10 AM on a busy Saturday morning. Took 30 minutes to get a donut and a coffee. Not the employees fault, management is giving them zero chance to do their jobs

I went to place an order and was given incomplete information so when I asked about a certain item I was given attitude about them having previously stated that item which was incorrect. So I told them never mind and that they needed to have an attitude adjustment and I was met with another response in the same manner. Extremely unprofessional employees. I work in customer service myself and whether you already stated something or not you do not repeat yourself with attitude.
