This place only cares about the drive thru. The service is awful I waited 20 minutes for a hot chocolate and one donut that they placed frosting side down im not sure what's going on in this place it was my favorite dunks now I avoid it if at all possible we'll I was waiting two people waiting for service behind me in line got mad and left the attitude of the workers is awful they aren't nice they don't smile they act put out this is the last time that I will go to this dunks its beyond aggravating

I'd like to begin this comment by apologizing because today, November 16th, my boyfriend had a meltdown at the drive-thru and was rude to the staff. He is gifted, autistic, and has ADHD, and because of this, if his medication isn't taken on time or if simple things are out of routine, he unfortunately loses control and needs time to calm down. However, he goes to the same place every day, and several times his orders have been wrong, he gets home and things are missing, the prices are incorrect, or the waiting time is absurdly longer than at other Dunkin' in the area. The service is bad, even for me, who is extremely patient, so I hope you can improve in this regard.

When I told the teenager at the window I had ordered a large when he handed me a medium, he dumped the medium in a large cup and filled the rest with ice. Not real happy about that.

I visited this Dunkin’ location and was really disappointed with the service. There were at least four employees working, including the manager. I ordered just one Wake-Up Wrap and a bag of hash browns, but I waited over five minutes even though my food had been sitting ready on the counter. Instead of handing it to me, the manager continued to focus on bagging other orders, leaving the cashier—who was already busy taking new orders—to stop what they were doing to give me my food. It was frustrating to see my simple order sitting there while staff, especially the manager, ignored it. Poor management and lack of attention to customers

Drive thru is always right on. Not sure what's in their coffee others Don't have. Lol it's getting expensive though but great tasting. Great nutritious egg/cheese Wraps cheap $ cheap.

Peppermint mocha latte – cup of burnt coffee with no other flavor notes. Maple snacking bacon – a few small bottom of the barrel crisps of bacon that were stone cold. Hate to complain about small things, but when that’s your lunch for the day…

This site isn’t actually affiliated with Dunkin Donuts. That’s why the app will randomly not work sometimes. They were shut down too many times so the corporation cut ties with this site and the one at the gas station. He orders supply for another Dunkin’s and has someone drop off the supply’s at the two locations. That’s why one drive thru window is filled with supply and why they use the shed at the other location. So the food is even less fresh than expected. Also, they had a 10 or under child filling orders. Worked harder than some of the actual employees…
