I was in the lobby at Dukins. I saw a lady in a blue shirt. Yelling at the employees who were working very hard!. Very disappointing to see when I come to my nearest Dukins.

Old lady with one tooth scammed me this morning there Be very careful she got very confrontational when i called her out. She’s about 70 has like all missing teeth except for one . This is second time w same person

Had put in an order for a medium frozen caramel coffee with caramel drizzle. received a medium frozen hot chocolate 3 pumps mocha,3 pumps caramel. Worker at window had lied to my family member saying it was a caramel coffee.

Girl making food was putting cream cheese on a bagel she had gloves on and when she got cream cheese on her fingers she licked her fingers and then continued to put the bagel together. Freaking disgusting. I will mot be going to that dunkins anymore.

Very disappointed in this Dunkin' donuts. Seems like they sell out of most donuts at 9: 00-10:00 in the morning and if you don't come in that time frame you're out of luck. What's the point of being a donut shop if you don't have a variety of donuts available?

The place was open Christmas morning, I got my Dunkies am happy . Good staff and service. Coffee n food was yummy. Plenty of parking as well.
By far one of the best dunks in the area- the staff are the friendliest people I have ever run into. No matter what time of day it is, everyone is so friendly and my coffee and food is always as good as I expect it to be. Thank you very much!!

Staff here is great. Walked into the store this morning with the (I assume) owner loudly chastising his staff in front of customers over how the grout in the floor wasn't clean, and why they're constantly changing glove suppliers. Totally unprofessional and I could tell many of the staff was uncomfortable over it. Not much tact, stuff like that shouldn't be handled in front of your customer base.

Should have gotten a free medium drink with purchase but payed for both. When trying to explained to the kid behind the counter he started arguing with me. Good thing there are more dunkins around to go to next time
