Great, friendly staff! However, orders aren't always correct. But I do believe that it's due to short staffing and not so much that they truly work very hard !

Had put in an order for a medium frozen caramel coffee with caramel drizzle. received a medium frozen hot chocolate 3 pumps mocha,3 pumps caramel. Worker at window had lied to my family member saying it was a caramel coffee.

Girl making food was putting cream cheese on a bagel she had gloves on and when she got cream cheese on her fingers she licked her fingers and then continued to put the bagel together. Freaking disgusting. I will mot be going to that dunkins anymore.

Very disappointed in this Dunkin' donuts. Seems like they sell out of most donuts at 9: 00-10:00 in the morning and if you don't come in that time frame you're out of luck. What's the point of being a donut shop if you don't have a variety of donuts available?

The place was open Christmas morning, I got my Dunkies am happy . Good staff and service. Coffee n food was yummy. Plenty of parking as well.

By far one of the best dunks in the area- the staff are the friendliest people I have ever run into. No matter what time of day it is, everyone is so friendly and my coffee and food is always as good as I expect it to be. Thank you very much!!

Staff here is great. Walked into the store this morning with the (I assume) owner loudly chastising his staff in front of customers over how the grout in the floor wasn't clean, and why they're constantly changing glove suppliers. Totally unprofessional and I could tell many of the staff was uncomfortable over it. Not much tact, stuff like that shouldn't be handled in front of your customer base.
this is one of the only Dunkin’ Donuts I will go to. They always make my coffee perfect and the service is the most friendly atmosphere ever!

Should have gotten a free medium drink with purchase but payed for both. When trying to explained to the kid behind the counter he started arguing with me. Good thing there are more dunkins around to go to next time

This is a very friendly store. The employees are always smiling and know guests by name along with orders. Also if you have a pup this is the dunks to go because they have milk bones to give to your little friends!!! Yes, sometimes mistakes are made but they are only human beings like the rest of the world and everyone makes mistakes. But this group of people own up to their mistakes and fix their mistakes on the spot. They want to know what can make their guests experience better always!!!
Vegetarian options: Right now their green goddess wrap is vegetarian and good. They do have the donuts and muffin selection but most hot food is not for vegetarian
Parking: It is located at a gas station so there is plenty of parking in front of the store and both sides. Not parking in the back due to it being in the drive-thru area
Kid-friendliness: The staff treat children like the adults because they are paid guests no matter the age
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room for a person in a wheelchair to go thru the store to get to the front counter
