Every time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts There’s a big guy that works there with a high-pitched voice. You should be fired. You are rude. You’re slow. Nobody can understand you. You always get the orders wrong you put the food together so disgustingly messy every time I come to the drive-through if you’re working it’s about a 25 minute wait when there are only two people in line, and I swear you do it on purpose because you know you’re slow you do it on purpose upset people. I went up to the microphone one day waited for about five minutes while there was nobody inside and nobody in line told me wait one moment which I did and was also trying to get to work because I work full-time job and don’t have time to wait around on slow people that don’t care , so finally I got impatient that I don’t have all day. He’s like yeah what can I get you With a very very rude tone, didn’t even let me finish my coffee order and said yup drive up. I wasn’t even done ordering and I told him that then he huff and puff like I’m inconveniencing him with my order so I told him you know what I’ll go somewhere else. Thanks anyway this is the second time I have him being rude to me the time before that it was over because him and his other incompetent employee couldn’t get my order Correct and When I went back to have them correct it, they ended up throwing it away because I had taken a bite out of it. They said that they’re not allowed to give out food that’s Touched or tampered with even though I was the one giving it to them for them to give it back to me, but they threw it away and then continue to tell me they didn’t have any of the muffin I wanted left so I lost the money for the muffin that I ordered and didn’t even get the muffin when I asked them for their Names they refused to give them to me So I wouldn’t even this place Dunkin’ Donuts across the street to Better. He works sometimes if he’s working there, I would stay far away.
The young man Dave working here deserves recognition. I go here every morning of my entire life and I've not seen someone at this store working so hard and consistently. Excellent job Dave!

went the other morning where there was only 1 male employee who was only focused on the drive thru and then when i finally said hello first threw the bagel he was making at the food making counter cause i asked to be served then he made my coffee i asked for a cold foam lid he had grabbed another cup and i said no the lid then threw the cup like the bagel which when he finally gave me the order i told him that attitude was not acceptable at all you don’t like your job or short staffed take it up w dunkin’s not your customers first n last time ill go there

You guys only have 1 person on constantly I mean how do you expect a single person to close the store, deal with drive thru, and a front counter. Terrible on the higher ups part and the poor girl in here is on the verge of a breakdown because she is alone and dealing with all of this. Again just sad to see. ?

I waiting in the drive thru for over 20 min with only 1 person ahead . Ridiculous to make a customer wait that long for only a coffee ! Not the first second or third time i have gone here and waited way too long to get my food . Never again will I pull into this spot
Went there to purchase something for a Father's Day gift and stood there for 10 minutes without any help whatsoever. I won't be back!

I sat in the drive thru for 7 minutes before someone even took my order. Then I waited an additional 5 minutes at the window for an iced coffee and 2 donuts. I would have left but my children wanted their donuts. Which I had already ordered. Terrible service. Terrible wait time especially for it being a drive thru.

If I could give no stars I would.To many times I've gone 2 both dunks you stand at the counter the employees look at you like you have 3 heads and don't say anything and walk away like what is this place. Absolutely ridiculous just close up shop or hand it to someone that knows hiw to run a business.

Fast great service
Upon arrival, I stood at the counter a few minutes and heard a woman, who appeared to be the manager, speaking to an employee about another employee and using a lot of profanity. Not very professional.

Worst dunks I have ever been to. Saturday morning girls are soooo rude and so slow. I went inside bc the drive through usually takes forever but 1 medium coffee took 10 min . The girl did everyone's order after me first
