Jamison’s Reviews
I used to love Jamisons but the prices have gone way too high for the quality of food. Who charges $30 for fish and chips? And that was the cheap entree. Even burgers are $20+. Will not be back.

Jamison's restaurant offers a good food selection with tasty recipes, according to most guests. The service is generally regarded as good, with lovely staff, though there have been recent concerns about food prep quality. The appetizers and cocktails have been specifically praised, and the restaurant is known for its great drinks, especially on busy Saturday nights. Popular menu items like steak tips, baked haddock, and risotto continue to receive positive comments, along with the lava cake and gelato for dessert. Recent visitors have praised the friendly service and enjoyable atmosphere, noting the pleasant deck seating on a nice evening. The blackened halibut over coconut rice has been highlighted as a fabulous dish, showcasing the chef's skill. However, some comments mention the restaurant being too cold at times, and dishes such as calamari and halibut have been criticized for being over-salted and overcooked. The polished concrete floor contributes to a loud atmosphere, making conversations difficult. Prices seem to have increased significantly, which some guests find costly. Reservations are recommended on weekends since it is always busy. Overall, Jamison's provides a good dining experience with some areas for improvement.
