BUYER BEWARE the consistency of the Açaí is liquid, NOT sorbet! I ordered 4 Açaí bowls. She forgot to put peanut butter in one so after she did, she didn’t close the lid all the way. This wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t for the soup like consistency of the Açaí! The lid popped off and leaked all over my car and the other 3 bowls. When I called, I was told “they’ve been having a problem with the lids”! Wow! So disappointed! I wish I could post a picture!

i’ve called a few times for a pick up , was hung up on and then ignored , walked in not even 5 minutes later to the store to order my smoothie , got it and it tasted absolutely disgusting, taste like they used the old coffee grinds water to use for the cold brew. felt like it was on purpose cause not like they were busy in there to take the 2 minutes to make it right.

I'm gluten sensitive and I always have plenty of healthy options to choose from. The food is fresh and the service is always helpful and friendly. There are seats available and to go options. The juices are made fresh to order. There are also delicious ready made items to grab and go. Plenty of parking.

Usually the smoothies are good, but today I got a mango smoothie and it tasted like the smell of a burning motor. Like the smell when the blender starts to overheat or is about to die. It was really weird and unpleasant and a waste of $9 :/ if you like the taste of burnt rubber you would have loved it tho
A group of us ordered 4 acai bowls ahead of time. We walked in I guess a little too early and we caught them talking down about us TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. They said "Those people were so d**** and further described our order which is how we knew it was about us. We told them it was us and they awkwardly stared at us trying to justify their actions. We left without our bowls. Very disappointed.

The staff were not friendly or easy to work with at all and are terrible at explaining how things work. Also the menu makes no sense and who in their right mind blends acai with the toppings then makes you pick 4 more topics?! awful experience

Amazing food and quality smoothies would definitely recommend thrive if you are looking for a good start to your morning. Thrive should look into environmentally friendly cups and containers.

So disappointed… Got an acai bowl that was supposed to have mixed berries, honey, and banana on it, it came with nothing on top. Tasted like it was blended in, however that is not normal for an acai bowl nor what their store advertises .
