A much overdue praise!! Thyme & Tide catering knocked it out of the park for our wedding. Ben and Cory were such a pleasure to work with. They listened to our vision and offered many suggestions and different options until we landed on just the right menu. The day we went for our taste testing, we were blown away by their sweetness and talents. We were amazed at all of the dishes he had prepared for us, from the charcuterie board with unusual meats and cheeses, to appetizers and several main meal options cooked and prepared for us as we chatted. Wedding day was pure perfection and exceeded our expectations in every way. Everyone raved about the food. Everything was perfect! Who knew you could bring barn wedding buffet to a whole new level! We had mini homemade lobster rolls and sooo many people were commenting on how good they were! The dinner was beyond delicious and we had nothing but wonderful things to hear from everyone. We haven't even had our wedding catered yet and I can already say that Thyme and Tide is 5/5 stars.We have been in communication via email while planning for our wedding and Cory is an excellent and speedy communicator.We just had a tasting and we were amazed at the commitment Chef Reed makes to each component of each dish. The whole tasting experience was smooth and easy and Cory took notes on what we did and didn't like. The food was incredible, really elevated flavors, everything cooked perfectly.We walked away knowing without a doubt that our wedding food was in the best possible hands and that peace of mind during the wedding planning process is priceless.We are so excited to have Thyme and Tide cater our wedding, will update then!

Thyme + Tide provided a fabulous spread for our pre-wedding family cruise aboard the Heritage. They were easy and accomodating to work with, and provided plenty of gluten free options. We'll definitely call on them whenever we need a caterer!

The day we went for our taste testing, we met her husband Ben who is the Chef. We were amazed at all of the dishes he had prepared for us, from the charcuterie board with unusual meats and cheeses, to appetizers and several main meal options cooked and prepared right in front of us. Everything was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations right down to the presentation. Cory took care of all of the details and together they brought our dream to life. When they say they can serve a plated dinner for 135 people in 45 minutes from the first salad plate to the last meal served, they mean it. All of our guests raved about the food. On site, the two of them along with their staff, are true professionals. Ben and the entire team were so easy to work with and went above and beyond (even leaving a hand written birthday card when setting up for my birthday dinner). If you're looking for a pre-made meal to drop off at someone's door, a gourmet meal your next dinner party or a big event, they won't disappoint. I can't wait to use them again!
