Asked for a fudge brownie ice cream, I got a coffee soft serve I asked if I could get a fudge brownie and this was the wrong order. They said no, in a very mean bossy voice. I don’t know what I did wrong today I came to enjoy the beach with my two kids. I was utterly shocked by the workers tone when I asked for the fudge brownie. They told me I get what I get. Is this how ahola ice cream treats loyal customers?

Located right at the beginning of the boardwalk, this shop offers the most varied soft serve flavors! I'd argue it has the most different flavors and biggest range among all the shop - despite it being quite a ways away from any central location. I got to try the tiramisu and mint chocolate soft serve as well as some fried dough and it was delicious! I must admit that because the soft serve melts so fast, it's hard not to try to finish it all on the spot (shop has AC) as if you decide to take it on the go, you'll soon find yourself a mess with ice cream all over your hand as you try your best to make it back to the beach under the blazing heat in the summertime.Tiramisu tasted exactly like so, except in soft serve form - it was neither too coffee or chocolate, instead a nice Amaretto balance of both. Mint choco tasted like a light mint and the chocolate flavor isn't as pronounced if your prefer that. The fried dough portion was huge as well and you can ask for it to be cut if needed! Definitely more than enough to share with someone else!

They have about 1/4 of the menu...even the things they say they have, they are out of. Pretty run down and dirty, but that's par for Hampton Beach.
We stopped here a few times during our trip to Hampton Beach. They get an A+ for variety. They have many different choices for ice cream flavors, as well as dips, shakes, coffees, etc. The wait was a bit lengthy, but in their defense, there was only 1 person behind the counter at a busy time during the afternoon. Looks like they could use more help, although maybe they aren't usually short staffed. Though another time, it appeared again that there was just 1 person on their own taking orders & making them on a different day. We went for the purpose of getting my young daughter a dipped cone once, as they did advertise them, and we were told that they weren't making them at the time, but not given a reason why. Because of this & the lack of help which made for longer wait times, I gave less stars. It also looked like the shop could use a good cleaning. Prices were fair, but not the cheapest around. There are steps also when entering, so this isn't wheelchair or stroller friendly! No public restrooms either, which does seem like a common theme for the boardwalk shops. **Update**: Aloha had more help working last time we stopped in. Great razzles, mini melts, smoothies too! New menu choices since we came last Summer. They definitely have tons of options, something for everyone! And like over 50+ flavors of soft serve ice cream. Prices here are good too. One of the cheapest around Hampton Beach!

50 flavors of soft serve ice cream caught my eye while walking by. Upon walking in the staff was really nice. It was slow, we were the only ones there. They truly lacked cleanliness in the seating area. I had ordered the bubblegum soft serve ice cream, and my sister ordered the cinnamon sugar fried dough. The fried dough was made within a few minutes, and was decent. However, it took them about 5-8 minutes to get the soft serve ice cream out for me. I'm not sure why it took so long, but after trying a bite it really was not that good. Rainbow sprinkles were stale, ice cream itself lacked flavor, didn't really taste like much of anything. Ice cream was orange, you'd expect pink for bubblegum. Wish I went somewhere else for ice cream.
