Blink’s Fry Dough and Tripoli/Christy’s pizza are the culinary experience of Hampton Beach, and for many New Englanders these treats represent the taste of summer - neither of these entirely unique styles of old world culinary craft are available anywhere else in America as they have been lost to more contemporary styles
Regular fry dough doesn’t compare to Blink’s. Not franchising this across the world is the biggest missed opportunity in the investment capital world
Not having a Blink’s t-shirt available is a cultural misstep

Amazing fried dough! Not a lot to say beyond that. It’s served like a flatbread, tons of different toppings. We did the sauce with cheese and garlic and it was delicious.

I received a cold fry dough today. Clearly the workers tried to pass along an old one. I got a refund immediately!
The fried dough tasted great. My granddaughter tried it for the first time and loved it.

There are two locations for Blink's along Ocean Blvd. Google Maps takes you to the one near JB's On the Boardwalk. Service is very good. I am not a fan of fried dough and I have not had it in decades. They were open before the tourist season so I was curious. I ordered an Oreo Fried Doe. It was very sweet. It is fried dough with vanilla frosting and covered in crumbled Oreos. I was surprised I finished it! For me, it was big! If you are a fan of fried dough, I will recommend this stand. I am curious about the other Blink's!
