The amazing reviews at Blue Harbor Coffee Co. convinced us to visit the coffee shop on our way down to Boston from Portsmouth and the coffee did not let us down. My partner and I both got the special - a blueberry pie latte - and it was truly extraordinary. With every sip, we could taste the subtle and delicious flavours of blueberry pie. It was a little difficult to find parking, but the visit was well worth it!

The menu looked promising, nice vibe, quick and friendly -ish service. However, the quality of food was very disappointing. Coffee was okay, we ordered cream cheese bagel, grilled cheese, croissant sandwich and avocado toast: none of the bread/bagel/croissant were fresh and tasted terrible- on a Saturday morning. Very disappointing.

- Cup was made with sticker (effort)
- Dome top (reflection of world)
- Subtle oaky flavor with a hint of lack of oats (delicious(perfect(oat=bad)))
- Ice to liquid ratio is adequate, decreasing, and reminds me of the state of our environment(Greta Thunberg)
- Happily shaped ice cubes

Blue Harbor Coffee is the kind of place you instantly want to make your “regular.” The cold brew was bold, smooth, and absolutely delicious. The friendly staff made us feel like locals, and the warm, inviting atmosphere made it hard to leave. A perfect spot to grab a great cup of coffee and soak up the charm of the area.

I would describe the coffee as good. Better than most, but none of the roasts I tried really had a distinct flavor different than many other coffees you've tried. Strangely, they even have a pistachio flavored coffee and drip.

Cute little coffee shop not far from the beach.

First time here after a run at the beach. Had the iced matcha that was not overly sweet and pistachio cold brew. Both were delicious. The works Asiago bagel sandwich was refreshing with no messy grease. Spent $24 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Normally well over $30 for that at most places. Will be back soon!

Lovely coffee nice prices we will be back
I popped into this shop from out of town, I'd been driving a long distance and wanted some fresh coffee from somewhere new. Their organic medium roast was so good, I bought a half pound of organic medium roast whole beans to save for home...Well that half pound wasn't near enough! It was SO GOOD that my stash went out quickly, and all I could think of was getting back up there and getting another batch!! No other coffee compared! Thankfully I did get back in that direction just two months later, and this time I ordered a pound. They said I could order online, and look forward to doing so! I just want to say I have been SPOILT by your coffee so much, no other brand has compared! Thanks for the addiction!
Blue harbor consistently makes great coffee!
I was living in my van in Hampton for a bit and Blue Harbor quickly became my go-to morning spot. Super welcoming vibe — the staff is always friendly, the coffee’s solid, and it was a great place to settle in and get some work done. Bonus: if you have a dog, they’ll happily hook you up with a cup of whipped cream (just ask!). Definitely one of those local gems I’ll come back to anytime I’m in the area.
Good coffee, but they choose not to use compostable cups and have limited vegan food options.
