Convenient if you are staying at the Ashworth Hotel. Food was just average though with a limited menu. The fish and chips had lots of chips and a small amount of fish. One of our guests ordered the haddock and it was very dry. It was a quiet restaurant so it was easy to have conversation with our friends. The cocktails we ordered were not made correctly. Might be a good idea to stick to beer or wine rather than a mixed drink.

HOWEVER we came on 10/19/24 driving an hour to get there as we wanted to eat and then dance as we have been doing for pass few years. 7:30pm comes and no DJ. We asked abd found out we have to download an app and pay for songs. What the heck!!! We were so disappointed. At the very least if it was free we could still dance - but no way. If no more DJ for us to dance, we will most likely never come again and find a new place to dine and dance.

Came in looking forward to dancing only to be completely disappointed to find out there is no longer dancing. No DJ instead a jukebox that you have to pay for. Thank goodness our waiter Scott was awesome. Seeing that there is no Dj we will look for a new place to go have dinner and dancing.

I was very disappointed in my experience here. The menu and prices online are out of date to inside. There are a few complaints I will leave out, but the baked potato seemed right out the fridge! :( I went home hungry, but my waitress seemed too stressed out that I didn't have it in me to let her know, it wasn't her fault!
I don't like to leave a negative review, but this is how it was for me. From out of town, I was hoping for a nicer dinner..

As a master reviewer, I am disappointed in myself that I didn't read reviews before wasting time and money on dinner for 6 at Breaker's Restaurant. We were hungry and we walked by and said let's try it because our first option was closed unexpectedly. Major mistake! Our server was young and foreign, and it wasn't her fault, so I won't blame anything on the wait staff. There was obviously an issue in the kitchen because it took over an hour to get our food, while we watched other tables come in, eat and leave. Even with all that time to get our meals right, they still messed up and it was just terrible all around. When I complained and specifically mentioned the absolutely tiny and dirty "scallops" they served me, they offered me a free slice of cake! LOL! I had to laugh, but I took it and my son ate it. The drinks were decent, so that was what got me through. The atmosphere is dingy and run down. The owners really need to put some TLC into the place and hire some new chefs! Do not recommend and will not be returning!
Parking: This restaurant is on the strip of Hampton Beach, so if you're staying locally and walking, it's no problem. There is some metered parking across the street but it does get full during the summer pretty quickly. There are paid lots around the strip area to pay and walk.

Nice table by the window. We had appetizers : coconut shrimp- good. I had the clam chowder, the most watery chowder ever. Like they had made it for 50 people but a hundred showed up. Our chicken sandwich was a little rubbery, but flavorful. Veggie pizza was good with a nice crust. Service was fine.

Most horrible meal we have had all week. The rubin sandwich was dry and almost inedible, my wife fish sandwich was dry and tasteless. We will not return ever. We visited this restaurant last year and it was so so. Service (Scott) was great and drinks were also great. Poor menu choices, we are on the coast and no sea food Choices! Lots of other restaurants to choose from. Buyer be ware ! We are not difficult people but beware of tourist traps!
If you don’t want to keep asking for your drinks to be refilled, where your food is at, don’t come to this restaurant. Food was ok, main issue was the service.

This is my 3rd time coming here. The first two times was amazing. The 3rd time the menu had completely changed. I don’t feel like they should call themselves a restaurant anymore. It’s more a bar and grill place now. Sandwiches, fried food and steak. 2 years ago we had salmon with a lemon caper sauce, wild rice and a fresh veggie. That’s what I was looking forward too. Today was soggy French fries and wings. My son, who’s a chef, was looking forward to taking his girlfriend here because of his last experience. It was utter disappoint for him. Atmosphere-place was empty. I even made a reservation based on how it was last time. Not needed now.

I gave Christine the waiter, a 50% tip and we took home a steak and it was bloody, The Ashworth hotel answered we just made me another plate and hung up in my face.

First time I was here, great food great service, the second time, the bar is full so I siit at a table, the waitress tells me there is a 45 minute wait, but I say all I want is a drink no food but still a 45 minute wait. No way, I will spend my money elsewhere, the place isn't even half full, middle of winter, you should be thankful for business, just a drink, 45 minutes, wow, why. If you are going to run a business, run a business, otherwise close, won't be back again.
