It was one of my fav Dunkin’ near I work but last Thursday 06/26/25 employee forgot to gave me credit card back and i forgot too because i was hurry, I’m trying to call , call , call and call and nobody answer the phone or they just cancel the call . ( i live a hour away where is Dunkin local and my job located

I had a mobile order to pick up at drive through but my refresher was wrong then I realized that my food was also wrong and I had everything very specific bc it was a mobile order. I waited for my new food and drink for almost 30minutes!

Went in to quickly get a pound of coffee and staff not only didn't greet me, there were 4 people behind the counter, and after listening to an older woman scream at the staff, she finally acknowledged my presence, after several minutes. Horrible customer service

Dunkin' really has fallen in quality over the years, but this location takes the cake. Every time I order food here it is either burnt or cold, no exceptions. I am only giving it two stars, because the staff is nice.

Been here MULTIPLE times and have STRESSED I would like oat milk because I am lactose intolerant and they’ve just straight up given me dairy milk MULTIPLE TIMES which literally turns the rest of my day into shit.

It's Dunkins,...just glad they got the order correct. That is always a plus. ?. But beware the loaded hashbrowns are very salty.

Last few times I’ve hon the old lady at the window the first time dropped my debit card on the ground then insulted me for it when I had to get out to pick it up then this time took the coins and dropped them in my hand so they would fall on the ground and goes oops sorry with a snarky smile I will never go back here again I will be contacting corporate I tried calling the store to talk to the manager and no one answered the phone this woman should not have a job here with customer service if she can’t be kind and courteous if she’s going to be vindictive she should not be working at a place that deals with the public it would not taints the company and Image everyone I talk to about this particular Dunkin all I hear is the drive thru lady is a jerk and well ….. she is will not be going back lost money in the drive thru would rather go to Seabrook
