First time ever and had the most AMAZING meals, drinks and experience. Staff A+! Food, chicken, broccoli Alfredo. 10/10. Creamed lemon Haddock. 10/10!!! Drinks and bartender, Brittany A+. Chef came out to us to see how our meal was. Told him we left NOTHING on the plate, neither one of us. Not a CRUMB! I usually leave a little something to take home. I couldn’t stop eating. DELICIOUS. Found out new spot! Thank you so much. See you soon!

Highly recommended, We came up from RI for the weekend and had an amazing dinner! I had the seared duck with winter hash! and my wife had the brazed short ribs, absolutely AMAZING, as was the atmosphere and service! I would drive two hours back up just for dinner again!

I had dinner at Hagan's Grill this past Saturday evening. My niece and I sat in the back room with the traditional table seating (not their high tops). It worked out great, it was a bit quieter. Not that it was overly loud, it wasn't. I had the duck special and it was delicious. I also had the chocolate mousse. It was outstanding. The best mousse I've ever had. It was definitely freshly made. I had a great time and will definitely return.

Parking: There was some parking behind the restaurant. It's not a huge parking lot, but we were able to get a spot. It's worth taking a peak. We dined on a Saturday night at 7 p.m. and there were two spots remaining.

Hagan's is a cozy choice in the Hampton area. The menu changes seasonally and contains a variety of options. This visit really blew my mind. The Blackened Salmon was cooked perfectly and paired well with the flavorful mango & pineapple salsa. We were also pleasantly surprised with the Creme Brulee and my husband's swordfish. Prices are reasonable, and you can easily spend under $100 for a delicious meal.

The service at Hagan's is unmatched! Cassie called before our reservation to confirm our table choice, and all of the staff were the sweetest. Dora, the owner, truly cares about making her guests happy. We'll be back soon.

Had the "boneless" chicken with fingerling potatoes.......never heard of a boneless chicken with the leg bone still in! Fingerling potatoes were barely cooked...very hard!! Poor waitress tried her best but was overwhelmed...taking care of the whole room!!!!I have been wanting to try this place for a couple of months now......I guess you don't know till you try! Wasn't impressed .....

We went in around 8 pm, not sure when they closed or if they were still serving food. (They're open til 11pm)

It's a large space with people mainly congregating at the bar. We sat at a high top between the bar and the dining room. Our server was amazing! Bubbly, knowledgeable and fast to bring our food out and clear the dishes. She hustled and did her job efficiently, like a true veteran.

We started our culinary experience with a charcuterie board, as they were all out of the empañada. It had prosciutto, salami, smoked gouda and a cranberry Cheddar cheese (very crumbly, but delicious!) The savory mustard and pickles complemented the figs and apricots perfectly, when topped with a drizzle of honey. There was nothing to serve the honey with or spread the mustard onto the toast, so we had to use our dinnerware.

We both ordered the short ribs with mashed potatoes and asparagus. One was plated absolutely perfectly with an even amount of food centered on the plate. The other looked like they were running out of asparagus and mashed potatoes. The portion of short rib looked deceivin. It was very rich, tender and perfectly cooked. And very filling! We finished our meal with a creme brulé, which was topped with fruit, and very creamy and delightful!

We plan to return to try the rest of the menu!

The food was so good, way better than I was expecting. Probably the best food I've had in the North Hampton/Hampton area, dare I say, based on one experience. Brie app, squash soup, scallops w/squash risotto, chocolate soufflé, and cheesecake all blew me away. The seasoning was perfect on the scallops. If I was on death row, I'd be a happy corpse if this was my last meal. We'll be back for sure. IMO - beats CR's, Tinos, Galley Hatch, Lamies, etc.

While the experience was pleasant, I found the food to be underwhelming, especially considering the price point. The ambiance is charming, with attentive staff and a cozy atmosphere that sets the stage for a nice meal. However, the quality of the food didn't quite live up to the premium cost. I ordered the chicken Caesar. It wasn't bad, just okay—something I would expect at a lower price, not from a restaurant positioning itself as high-end.

Brittany at the bar was excellent very professional lovely personality made you feel welcome. Very very knowledgeable about alcohol and food and had such a positive attitude. Can't say enough good things about her.

Lamb lollipop appetizer was outstanding. We were taken care of by Jenn who provided excellent service. Please do not take the half chicken entree off the menu. It was fantastic! We highly recommend.

What a wonderful dinning experience we had, we had the roasted artichoke hearts with peppers plus the vegetables spring rolls. Our linguine and clams were fantastic and they also accommodate my wife with oil instead of cream. Lovely spot if you want to get away for the tourists areas and have a drink with your friends. Fine dining at its best and definitely a must to try :)

We love Hagans but cannot figure out why the food is never hot. There are a lot of reheat items (short ribs, roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, rice) so a freshly piece of fish on room temp rice and veggies just leaves to disappointment. Flavors are always excellent! I did luck my plate but your expediters need to make sure the sides are hot and timed with the chef.

Convenient location with nearby parking. Balanced menu with several gf offerings, including fried calamari. Wonderful creme brulee, cold on the bottom ... warm on the top! Bar area can be noisy, function room quieter, easy to have a conversation over your meal. Staff friendly and attentive.
