Late night stop after a concert. I didn't think it would be great, but, it was REALLY bad. Cold, mushy fries and a very hard, inedible filet-o-fish. Unfortunately, after one fry and two bites of the fish sandwich, I threw it away. Orange Hi-C for supper it was.

I went through an empty drive through and ordered a steak and egg bagel. Paid at the window and was handed a bag with my one item in it. I got to my home and found out they gave me a bacon and egg bagel instead, no receipt in the bag so I checked my card statement in case I paid for a bacon instead of a steak bagel but I had definitely paid more for the steak bagel. I was to far away to return it and also didn't have time either. So I had no choice but to give it to my co worker. I normally get it , mistakes happen but there was no rush, no one else in the drive thru, just simply bad service.

Tall young guy at the register with short light curly hair and a hat on was such a stud. Absolutely masterful customer service, put a smile on my face. Oh and their Frappes are just awesome!

I am a very frequent customer here at this McDonalds and let me say, last night (1/9/25) the manager or worker who was working the drive through at around 7:40 PM is by far the most respectful and kind worker here. I am unsure of his name but he is the ONLY worker who actually takes the time to mix the Oreo McFlurry, thank you!

Place was fine, it's mcdonald's you know what to expect. Worker clearly didn't want to be there. Had the person in front of me say hello 3 or 4 times while the girl texted on her phone. After the 4th hello from the person in front of me there was an audible sigh and eye roll from the person. I get finding workers is hars but teaching customer service isn't.

"what do you need" this came after I walked out back after being ignored to take an order. The kiosk are absolute bullshit, now they get upset if you want front help, tried to be friendly to the person. Taking my order wasn't friendly at all, how does this place stay open?

It's not all McDonald's, this one absolutely sucks though , terrible service.

And I came again 2 weeks later. Same woman. Copped an attitude with me wouldn't come over to take my order. Someone else helped me. I heard her bickering and debating with the guy about how I need to learn to use the kiosk and I'm going to learn. Funny thing is I'm not , without question, the rudest person I've ever met at a McDonald's somehow still has a job, That's okay though, her goal is to be as miserable as possible apparently.

Waited at the speaking for 10 minutes just to drive past the window and realized I was blatantly being ignored by the employees. Food is good except for nuggets usually, they are always old nuggets that have been sitting and you can tell. Please do better and don’t ignore customers!!

McDs app worked seamlessly and ordered the $7 dollar mea. Drive thrul was fast, food was hot and fries were fresh, and yummy.

Takes too long in drive through even with no one in line. It took over 15 minutes for just chicken nuggets.

Dumb corporate policies to measure how long cars spend in the drive through so to make this look better they send you right ahead instead of having you wait 30 seconds for the food. Then, they take forever to actually bring out the food

I was in the drive thru doing my order and I used my mobile app to get free large fries since it’s free fries friday and the total on the drive thru menu said 5.43. i then drive up to the pay window and the lady charged me $9 and when i asked her abt my free fries cause i used the mobile app she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes and said i didn’t have any points. when i check my app i have thousands of points. she also charged me for a medium fry not a large. i should have gotten the fries for free and i talked to another lady at the pickup window and she said that i still had to pay for those fries. horrible listening skills and customer service. the lady at the pay window should NOT work in the food industry if you can’t handle doing your math properly and keeping your attitude in check. she lied straight to my face and it was awfully rude.

A few friends and I were traveling out of state and stopped early for breakfast. I stayed in the car while they went in, and my friend unexpectedly bought me a steak egg & cheese. It was delicious, and their generous act made my morning.
