I am very aware that people are told to make me wait extra long do strange things to my food talk to me badly ignore me when I ask for something they miss putting in my bag from my order but what gets me America is how people will treat you bad then when you give them a reaction you the bad person but Carry on America the truth will always come out and thanks management Guy for acting like you didn't hear me speaking to you looking for me to give you a negative response when you did finally answer me but no Sir I appreciate you it's all love over I am definitely aware ❤️ oh and definitely my first time here

The employees at this location are always super friendly! Food is decent for the price, and the ice cream machine is never broken here. Overall, the best McDonalds in the area if you are looking for a cheap bite.

I went through the drive-through and the gentleman at the window, which was a manager. There was very rude. I was trying to work my mobile app and he kept making bad remarks to me. I told him to hold on while I was working on my app to finish my order Very unprofessional very rude. I will never come back here again. The gentleman‘s name was caleb and the general manager, the lady was very rude. Also, she slammed the window in my face.

Look, it is a McDs, but solid in all respects, with great service, smiles and senior coffee!!! Just updated 7.16.25. Drove through for a double cheeseburger, and it was $5.09 with tax! Used to be $1, then $2.29 I think, now $5!!!!!!! What the heck? Is the world going nuts?

These employees need training in customer service. No one is very friendly or helpful. It's amazing since customer's due mostly self server. Ordered burger with no ketchup but came with ketchup??? Need to read special instructions.

Last week my peer and I were there during a very busy moment. I understand durning these times people can be very stressed and on the edge. However the runner for that day just yelled and argued with customers who were simply just trying to ask him questions. He just would shout things like “ can’t you see we’re busy” ,” “we cannot help you”, it’s your fault for not hearing the food when it was called”.

Again I know how hard it is to work in a fast past food environment but yelling at customers makes the experience harder for both the customer and workers.

I hope that the store will reflect a bit on how they can cope with stressful environments and how to deescalate problems instead of putting fire in the flames.

Can never get the right food always get screwed out of money from getting wrong items or not the correct amount and I’ve gotten fake bills from this location before, and the drive through is always backed up never go here.
