No one available out front watching customers wait, long wait with no customers for food, overpriced 58$ 2 sandwiches 1 avocado toast, never got the 3$ upcharge for avocado on either sandwich. 😢 waste of $. They've used the view to excuse good customer needs.

Service was very good and friendly. Selection of either ice cream or gelato seen limited. Prices are very high. Interesting menu for food items. Plenty of space inside. I had the Cherry gelato and it tasted good. My son had the vanilla and he liked it.

Maybe it was the guy who was working today but my acai bowl was trash. It looked nothing like other pics posted and was grossly over priced. The bowl was so frozen solid that the spoon wouldnt cut it, and when I asked for a real spoon (vs plastic hoping that wpuld be stronger and help) was told to give it time to thaw. We came in the morning when they first opened, only customers there; the ice cream machines were filthy, toppings bar uncovered,chairs had food stains and crumbs on them, tables hadnt been wiped down and there were flies.
$50 breakfast = 2 waffles, acai bowl, 2 bottles of water

This place was very quiet and cute, we stopped to get a couple of espressos and noticed the affogato and it was well worth it. The best espresso, my first time having espresso and gelato and it was absolutely delicious! Super cute atmosphere and in the evening there was no wait time.
