We arrived at 8.15 and the place was empty, and it was pointed out straight away that the kitchen closed at 9.00.
The mac and cheese with brisket was OK, the taco bowl with steak was a huge disappointment (no steak, just a small amount of brisket).
Normally when there's no one in a restaurant it's a good sign to try somewhere else.

First time trying shane's, we went in for an early Sunday dinner, it looked pretty empty inside so I asked if we could sit outside, the hostess said it was a little bit crowded but they would find a table. There was no crowd outside but a server and the hostess were talking about how Shane's whole family was having a party in the back and how they shouldn't sit us out there, I could hear everything since I was right next to them, so I said are you sure we should sit outside? But they didn't answer, and walked to the back no cue to follow. Long story short we felt rushed especially since the hostess came out and asked us if we were still munching 5-10 minutes after we got our food. I asked the waitress to just grab us a couple to-go containers and we would get out of their hair. The whole thing felt awkward. The back area was nice though.

Stopped in for my first time on a Thursday night. Although I did not eat dinner, I did get one of the best Ghost Margarita's ever. Michelle your bartender was very friendly, accommodating, and made us feel very comfortable. I will be back again soon.

Absolutely love this place, I live in Worcester and there’s no good bbq places around in my opinion, I was up in New Hampshire for my bday and tried Shane’s . SO GOOD, everything was amazing BUT THAT SMOKED TURKEY WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD , first time ever having juicy turkey and it was seasoned to perfection corn bread is good all of the sauces you really cannot go wrong with any order from Shane’s had to have it 2 days in a row and some to take home, great place ❤️

Went on a beautiful day, but the outdoor patio was closed. What?! Server was EXTREMELY bored, as there were only three customers in the restaurant. Yet, he couldn't take the time to smile, greet us warmly or even check on us during the meal! Was very curt with replies when asked about menu items. Dude, get another job elsewhere.... Shane's should be ASHAMED to have an employee with zero customer service. Also, the food is overpriced. Especially the sides at $5.50 each. The pulled pork sandwich had slabs of fatty skin that was not consumable. Ugh! I'm from Austin & this place was a disappointment.

I’m up in town visiting from the South, and Shane’s is REAL BBQ! I got the brisket sandwich with the Mac & cheese on the side, my friend got the brisket bomb & we were both blown away. Flavor 10/10 on everything. Highly recommended to anyone visiting, or anyone that lives here Shane’s is the SPOT for BBQ! Will be back 100%

!!! EXCELLENT !!! A Must Try !!!
I tried for the first time and did not have high expectations for a bbq joint in Hampton, and I was happily surprised.
I had brisket tacos and pulled pork tacos, I have to say best bbq brisket I've had in many years. My wife had pulled pork tex mex bowl that was overloaded with moist pulled pork. We also had a couple of margaritas that were awesome. The prices were surprisingly very cheap for the quality and quantity you get. The place was very clean and tidy, and the service was top-notch.
This will definitely be a stop every time heading north on our trips.

The food was very good. We didn't eat there, but the atmosphere seemed pleasant. The service on the other hand... we believe that the person who took our take-out order was new and/or overwhelmed. She was not warm, patient (she didn't want to take the time to explain the menu to us) and we waited a long time before our order was even taken.

Sides are quite small for $5.50. The brisket in the brisket bomb was pretty mild tasting, I wish more smoke flavor came through. Vibes are a 10 though, love the patio out back. Takeout 8/18/24
