We came about 3 years ago on vacation and the oysters were so good that we had to find where this place was again. Worth the 2 hour drive from the cabin. Even after the 10 hour drive.

Fantastic establishment. Casual amazing selection of oysters, NHs very own home grown, and beyond. Knowledgeable and kind staff. Grab em to go and shuck em at home, have them shucked for you, or eat a dozen hanging around on the classic Hampton beach pier.

we’ve been wanting to have oysters lately and im so glad i was able to find this shack! its a small place with limited seating but the oysters are the freshest you can find! we got a dozen and got 3-4 of each for: Canada, Swell, Massachusetts and Maine. Maine and Swell would be my favorites - like the taste of clean ocean with some sweetness and texture of creamy butter..aaah so good!
I think we couldve finished another dozen more lol anyway, had a really delicious “meal” and hope we can drive by this area someday again soon!

Hired these fine folks to do a raw bar at our wedding on the Thomas Leighton Steam Ship boat. Service was excellent, oysters were amazing and the mango ceviche was fire!! 10/10 would do it again.

Swells are by far our favorite oyster and so I had to surprise my wife, who had just given birth, and hadn't had her favorite oyster in over 9 months with a perfect platter of Swells while still in the hospital! She absolutely loved them and can't wait to get her hands on more!

They were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with & were willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs.Both the oysters and shrimp cocktail were absolutely delicious! Our guests were raving about the sheer size of the shellfish as well as the taste.The shucker provided great service to all of our guests & was able to keep up with the high demand during cocktail hour!Overall, we highly recommend Swell Oyster for anyone looking for a raw bar for their wedding or other event. They are a true pleasure to work with, and their food is absolutely delicious. We would definitely hire them again!
