Saturday October 25, 2025 6:00 PM. Out of at least 5 menu items at 6 on a Saturday night? Who does your planning? Ordered steak tips with "creamy" mashed potatoes which were more pasty than creamy, and vegetable of the day, which we were told was broccoli. The meal shows up with frozen peas and carrots. Really, you change up the menu after the order is placed and don't tell the customer before serving it? I don't think so! HORRIBLE SERVIiCE We went tonight for dinner before a show at the Ballroom. We ordered drinks and an app. They arrived within reasonable amount of time but the server took our entree order at that time and then never brought us food. She didn't even look at us for 45 minutes. She attempted to pick up our empty artichoke dip dish (which she never brought us plates for) but we said we wanted to take it home so she left it sitting there. The 401 is such a cozy atmosphere. Their food is top notch and their staff does not hover on you. Very enjoyable atmosphere.
